People train as actors mate. People got to theatre school and perform in stand up/on the stage and then move in the same circles as other creative types who make films.
What do you mean by most? I think most people who struggle to memorise a script and be able to show the emotions through acting in front of a camera to strict timescales. I reckon it looks easy because the actors you regularly see are very good at their jobs which explains why you see them so much
