first for WEISS BTFO

Ruby really needs to get a sword form, she's kinda useless in human fights.

Qrow's aura is red like Ruby's. I swear to god if they pull some Qrow is Ruby's real Dad bullshit

>yfw YOU BITCH!
I wasn't expecting swears.

She needs a brain.

Even with a sword, she'd still be shit.

>tfw you will never have an uncle as based as qrow

Pyrrha's was red too, maybe red is the standard color?

She has a war scythe mode that would help, but she doesn't use it often.

...interesting with the Aura color. I hadn't thought of that until now.

This fight really cemented that. Qrow doesn't use the scythe outright. Only when it benefits him. Like shooting at Tyrian

>Young people use curse words!
>Damn, it isn't working!
>Of course not you ass!

>You want your position as heiress back, dear sister? Why don't you come to my room then and show me how much you want it back

Red was also Pyrrha's main color though.

I feel like neo is trapped somewhere like in some kind of crystal and we won't see her for a long time especially not until the heroes get to mistral and see what's inside the basement

Qrow's aura doesn't match his name. His name means black. His aura is red. Interesting

Reminder that Whitney did nothing wrong.

Or at all really.

Did Whitley even do anything wrong?
I know we're now meant to see him as a "bad guy", but It's more like his siblings were just basket cases and he won by default.

But my uncle also died of scorpion poisoning

I can't wait for the fanbase to treat him as literal satan just because he's an opportunist who was waiting for his sister to fuck up

Even if boar wasn't on purpose, the fact that she, as he saw it, effectively had no control over it cements his every doubt of letting her into a combat school whithout his personal overseeing.
The fact summoning is just as much as a Schnee thing as glyphs them selves makes it even worse, since she effectively shown herself to be shit at being Schnee publicaly

I did. He died on his birthday this hear in his sleep.

And red is Qrow's 'highlight' colour, the rest of hims is pretty grey. A grey aura wouldn't show much nearly as much as red does
Eh, black aura would probably look a bit evil. Besides, Jaune's name means yellow and his aura is white

I just know morons are going to use this for that "Qrow is Ruby's real father" theory.

>Because parents stop having absolute authority like that over you once you reach the age of majority.
Yes, I'm sure you read this in the Laws of Remnant, Book 13.

No. That's very much a social construct to teach a child independence. Don't be stupid.

If you still have to be dependent upon said person, that person has every say on what you do. This absolute authority stems from the fact that they are basically paying for your every need.

If Weiss had her own job, livelihood, and place, then yeah, he can't. But since she can't be like Winter, she's pretty much grounded.

>year

Whitney Houston? Because I thought we'd be talking about Weiss getting slapped, not some other singer

Qrow's aura being red is a nice parallel to Ruby.

He actively gloated, but that's about the worst of it. He didn't force Weiss to flip out after all, he's just the beneficiary
Plus the way he sounds when he says its not a good idea to fight Father, sounds like he was beaten and crushed into submission more than anything. Hopefully Weiss breaking out will show him you can fight Jacques

Hers was a different sort of red I thought.

But Qrow is Ruby's real father

Get ready for the tumblr overload of Whitley pictures followed by huge text with exclamation points. I figured Weiss would be dumb enough to feel betrayed when she knew he never liked her or Winter.

But she can go off and make her own money, she can hunt and sing professionally, which is better than marrying into a rich family
But daddy won't let her

Any reason why Qrow didn't bother using the scythe mode?

Why was Weiss even mad that she lost her heiress status?
I thought that's what she wanted in the first place.

Because it's fucking stupid

>She can literally walk straight out, nobody can physically stop her.

Or can they? The WF would love to murderape the entire family, its quite possible he has fighters on his staff that could take a huntress in training.

If Miles and Kerry want to add some goddamn nuance to the show, they'll give Whitley this. His dad is abusive. Are people honestly so dumb they think the abuse stops at Weiss?

No, she wanted to change the company and make it back into what her grandfather would have approved of

Because Scythes are the WORST. They're terrible

[Tittle character gone missing last seen with a robot arm]

Because he knows it's not very good for the fight he was in.

>using a long reach weapon in cqc
>using a fucking scythe of all things

Is this Weiss okay?

rummycoffee.tumblr.com/post/154863341475/i-may-not-get-the-colors-right-because-i-use-a-bit

It's shit for PvP

Her father can't stand the thought of a Schnee outside of his control, really of anything outside of his control, that might reflect badly on him or the family he married into. His entire life rests on the perceived prestige of the SDC, losing Winter must have sent him into a apoplectic fit, there's no chance in hell he'd risk his second daughter running off, even if she could support herself

The writers are saving it for his next battle.

It was implied that Winter left for the same reasons

Adorable.

Because this was a boss battle and he wasn't farming.

and nothing of value was lost

Aside from it being not good for PvP?
Longer weapon which would probably slower is a shit decision against Tyrain and bigger chance for friendly fire.

I wonder how many little kiddies are still watching this.

Seems like scythes are great for Grimm, but bad for people.

Qrow knows his match ups. A sword is more effective against Tyrian but if he fought Cinder he'd probably use his scythe.

Its shit for PvP because it has such a wide radius its practically unusable against a single opponent who knows what he's doing. Better to use the sword form and save the scythe for when you need to reap a horde of Grimm

She wanted to be like old grandpa Nick.

She doesn't get that her company is way too big for that shit now.

Nice tits. Cleavage Weiss is the best Weiss

There's not really a greater threat than Tyrian they can whip out at this point. Unless they want to bring in some Grimm abomination bullshit

Merc has a grey Aura though, Qrow could have had one too.

>Jaune's name means yellow and his aura is white

Do man-children count?

Remember when Miles mom used to show RWBY to her kindergarten group

>her grandfather would have approved of
Correction. What she thinks her grandfather approved of.

We've never actually met the guy and ti's very possible his story is embellished to hell and back.

That's what Ren's going to get his cool scene possibly dying against.

>abused by dad
>mom is AWOL so Jacques is the only real parent
>sisters abandon him

I honestly feel bad for him.

Raven

take that back

>YFW Weiss goes up to her father and goes:

"I am the one who is sick of you, Father! People... People are not just THINGS that belong to you! I am alive! Willow is alive! We are not things for you to own! We're not made for you to just discard when you get bored with us! That is terrible, Father! You are terrible!"

Right, then why was he planning on using it against Winter?

>But daddy won't let her

He cannot physically stop her.

Same with Glynda. Her aura is purple. Her name means white.

>Grimm abomination bullshit
Pretty sure they already set that one up with Oniyuri being destroyed by one Grimm

No but all of the guards he hired can

because writer's convenience. M&K wanted the sword mode to be a shock thing.

Qrow hates the SDC and even he speaks fondly of her grandfather. Other people thought so too with how popular he was with the workers and business partners.

We need to remember that just because he's sympathetic, doesn't mean he's justified or absolved of guilt.

He knows she can summon shit and she's already a mid-long rang fighter Tyrian is a cqc specialist who would've fucked him up if he tried to use a scythe

She was gonna charge at him in a straight line. It gave him a clear shot to use it.

That fight wasn't serious and Qrow wasn't trying.

he already slapped her, I think he can physically stop her

she has so many abilities it would be hilariously easy to get out

Chances are winter is slower and he colud get her and her summons in the same swing if he wanted to.
Also plain intimidation as his scythe is THE thing he is known for aside from alchoholism

Because she's a girl and girls always lose against scythes

What guilt? He's only a beneficiary of Weiss' stupidity. He didn't raise a fucking finger. Weiss fucked herself on her own.

Without hurting any of the guards who are just doing their jobs?

>absolved of guilt
Guilty of what? He hasn't done anything of substance to feel guilty over.

BUT WHAT DID HE DO???

Besides just being an opportunistic schemer. He's done nothing to Weiss

I'm sure these guards would be trained to stop any White Fang assaults on the Schnee family

>You just defeated your own point by saying that he DOES care about the family name and DOESN'T take the actions which would just put the most power in his hands
He already HAS the most power. He doesn't NEED to fool the market, he IS the market, that was his goal all along, TO WIN

>Then she should completely abandon the family as it is and instead make her own name
She's already did that by choosing beacon over Atlas, so she had some independence from her father. She's already said that her father wasn't the start of her name, and she refused to let him be the end of it.

>just taking the money and abandoning it would absurdly selfish and idiotic
Agreed, I never said she would abandon the company, but she wouldn't make it the main reason her name would be known like Jacques did. Nick made the Schnee name mean reliability and affordability, while Jacques made it success above all

>that's awfully supremacist of her. It only matters what someone was born as and who's blood they have?
It does when he takes the good name Nick created for the Schnee and makes it all about greed and power

>We really have two characters who dislike the Schnees, Qrow and Blake
Qrow is a master of stealth and can simply go into any mine unseen and see the conditions people work in, and questions the SDC methods. Blake has also probably seen first-hand the conditions of the dust mines, since I would assume she's raided them before to help get Faunus workers out. She's probably got a better grasp on the situations there than Weiss does

>But where is the evidence for that, that there's actual discrimination?
The last WoR had him crushing a Faunus pushing a cart while talking about cheap labor, do the math

>Someone fixing a company just by being nicer to people is a fairy tail
True, but she'd be able to fix relations with Faunus, lead by example rather than rule by cunning, and make it so people don't only go to her company because "we need dust and your the only game in town"

>Not believing he summoned the boar

>"Then leave bitch."
>"But if you go, you've gotta leave all the shit I paid for too, so start stripping."

Again, we don't know the guy.

It's very easy to put up a pleasant front in front of business partners and one's workers.

What a retarded fight, it makes no sense for Qrow to be able to punch and kick Tyrian around when they were evenly matched using their weapons. And Ruby cutting his sting was also stupid.
Tyrian is fast as fuck and has been shown to dodge literally every attack, landing a hit on him should require strategy and cunning, not laziness and plot convenience.

ope the window and walk down the wall with her glyphs

hell, she's a hutress, she could probably jump and be fine

Stop being retarded.

Not getting along with sisters, maybe?

Granted, given that they both ran off and left him alone with their dad, can't really blame him.

Yeah, he only summoned something that was personally symbolic to Weiss and her time at beacon.

And even if he did?

Who made a huge scene? Who was the one who yelled at Daddy?

Weiss.

Honestly, there's no reason she couldn't have handled it easily if it wasn't her own.

Raven, Tyrian+Cinder rematch, Uber grimm, humonoid Grimm "knight" or similar bullshit

Poor Weiss, where's Nana Schnee when you need her...
