In juvie the guards used to show us the pinks of sa's, so we could see exactly what they did.
I did room vacuuming as my chore, and the guards would buzz me and my partner into the rooms of skinners, and then walk away from the pod for a few minutes so we could stomp them in peace.
And whenever the skinners tried to rat on us, we'd say they attacked us, and the guards would always take our side and cart them off to the hole for starting fights.
They even lied for me when I got a bit carried away with one dude and almost ended up with street charges.
