CinemaSins is pretty funny and people miss the joke that half the time they're just taking the piss and it's not meant to be taken super seriously (even though they also include some real criticisms). It's subtle satire. Also, don't get so angry just because they make fun of a movie you like.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Cinema Sins. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of film theory most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Jeremy's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Cinema Sins truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Jeremy's existencial catchphrase "Scene Does Not Contain a Lap Dance," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Jeremy Scott's and Chris Atkinson's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. This attitude irks me. They pick on non-important shit when they like a movie to say "hehe xd so bad amirite? Ofc it's not but like ironically I mean" which is retarded but not dishonest. Bad movies get torn to shreds. Good movies get minor criticisms that could have been fixed to make them slightly better, but ultimately don't detract from the overall quality of the film.
