People actually think this man isn't the best President/COO of any cartoon channel ever

>people actually think this man isn't the best President/COO of any cartoon channel ever

Hmm, let's see here:

>Gumball
>Regular Show
>Adventure Time
>Chowder
>Clarence
>Over the Garden Wall
>Looney Tunes Show
>Teen Titans Go

The list goes on. Stewart Snyder is literally the reason cartoons got big and exciting again.

>B-BUT LIVE ACTI-

Stop pretending to be mad about that. You literally have no valid argument. You ever hear "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger"? Stu was simply trying to strengthen the network and he succeeded.

Now look what is happening now that he's gone:

>RS canceled
>AT canceled
>Gumball creator leaving and the show is probably canceled, or done after one more season max
>no more LTS
>TTG all day every day
>nothing like OtGW since
>channel is complete shit, not exciting, basically dead
>tons of scheduling changes
>shows that helped catapult the network to where it is today and still drawing ratings getting zero respect

CN needs some new shows

He isn't responsible for those shows being good.

No. Fuck you. He allowed a number of good shows to get canceled and for stupid reasons. And the live action shit was nonsensical. It wasn't funny or well written and even Nickelodeon wouldn't have allowed that filth to air on their channel.

And Adventure time was getting stale seasons ago. Sometimes you need to let some things go. And while you could argue that the same could be said about the shows that were canceled, they weren't going past season two for most of them.

Is that Data?

The contrarianism has gone too far. Sup Forums needs to be nuked from orbit.

Those shows should have ended long ago.
>Bedacai episodes out the ass
>Adventure Time after Finn got his arm back and hit puberty

No one is going to want to produce any because their best opportunity for getting it on international TV is to let CN change it as much as possible and then drop it mid-series. And that is IF it's good.

>He allowed a number of good shows to get canceled and for stupid reasons.
Name them.

>And the live action shit was nonsensical. It wasn't funny or well written and even Nickelodeon wouldn't have allowed that filth to air on their channel.
Can you not read? I already said this wasn't a valid argument.

>Bedacai episodes out the ass
That was a good storyline and different than the typical romance storylines at that. Regardless, those episodes stopped two seasons ago, get with the times.

>Adventure Time after Finn got his arm back and hit puberty
Adventure Time was never good - but at least it was popular and gave CN money to produce the other good shows they had.

>Those shows should have ended long ago.
Not true, RS is still good, so is Gumball, LTS was good and too short-lived, Clarence is great, OtGW was great, etc.

Even if the argument were to be made that they should be canceled, wouldn't you agree that CN should get some new, good shows to replace them first? They're killing off all the still-good shows and replacing them with nothing.

"Just because he added crap and made the channel unwatchable for a few years doesn't mean he is bad!"

Your pretend outrage at live action because "m-muh cartoon channel purity" is so pretentious dude. Just drop it. How dare you act like that was actually a big deal? Look at how quickly he realized his "mistake" and fixed it and then what he did for the channel after that.

Do you realize how irrelevant Cartoon Network was pre-2010? Do you not understand that SpongeBob was the only relevant cartoon in pop culture in the 2000s and arguably the only decent cartoon airing?

Stu Snyder and 2010 changed things. But go ahead, keep bitching about something that happened, very briefly, almost a decade ago.

You think you're so cool and tough and manly huh, white knighting a cartoon channel from live action after the fact?

Stuart Snyder didn't greenlight those shows, those shows were greenlit by Rob Sorcher who has been at Cartoon Network since 2008

>white knighting
Isn't that what you're doing?

Snyder is the only reason cartoon channels are still airing cartoons to begin with

Disney and Nickelodeon were both phasing out cartoons in favor of live-action kid-coms.
Of course CN wanted in on some of that live-action money.
Luckily Snyder was smart enough to quickly realize this was not the way to go, and went back to animation, which inspired the competition to do the same.
He saved western animation, you heathens.

Truth my man

>Snyder is the only reason cartoon channels are still airing cartoons to begin with
>He saved western animation

Stop.

He's responsible for Penn Ward being the last man standing in the Animation department after firing everyone else.

Adventure Time was legit all they had left after CNReally trying get to be like Disney failed.

Fuck off shill

>Gumball
>Regular Show
>Adventure Time
>Chowder
>Clarence
>Over the Garden Wall
>Looney Tunes Show
>Teen Titans Go

Two shitty reboots and mediocre stoner comedies. Great track record. Let's just ignore all the garbage simulcasts like 6teen.

>Now look what is happening now that he's gone:

>RS canceled
>AT canceled
>Gumball creator leaving and the show is probably canceled, or done after one more season max
>no more LTS

Good.

>Stu was simply trying to strengthen the network and he succeeded.

At what? Killing everything the network stood for? Yeah. He succeeded all right. As bad as CN is now, it's still much better than the garbage Snyder was putting out years ago.

Chowder
Flapjack
DC Nation
Sym-Bionic Titan
Plus lots of shows being juggled around the schedule and no longer announcing new episodes, so you really had to keep your eye out for them, like Brave and the Bold and Generator Rex. I have no idea if Rex was any good though, granted.
