He's probably Hungarian. While we all love this cartoon, we're liable to feel butthurt of great magnitude when Central/Eastern European cartoons are brought up and ours aren't mentioned within 10 seconds.
It's one of the few things we can be unquestionably proud of, next to the fact that no one else can into the noble art of fishing for shit compared to us.
Also no matter how you cut it, practically everything in Europe east of Berlin is "Eastern Europe".
The fact that the English speaking world didn't get to grow up on this makes me something between sad and angry.

Well...at first the city center seems cozy, nice ( and it's better to stay in the center unless you like company of gypsies ). It does not pretend to be something else. Then after a time it becomes claustrophobic. Not a lot of people speak English. That may be even understatement so unless you "Ahoj" the isolation kicks in. Got a job offer. Money wasn't bad ( at least central european standards ). After Ostrava I think I will take a pause with Czech Republic for a while but thanks for recommendations . I may visit Brno or Prague once I will shake off the feeling that Ostrava gave me. Have a toast for me anons with fine Czech beer in company of girls that may have done some porn now and then.

I stand by my point, you should move in Prague, the difference between here and Ostrava will be day and night, I doubt you'll even think of being in the same country. It's even relatively easy to find a job (definitely easier than finding a room, unless you are lucky it's quite hard).
