It's similar to when newspapers print out a headline announcing a winner to an election. Sometimes, they will print out both results and then run the accurate one once they see the result.
I think what happened here was that they were either printing these before the speech actually happened or before they received orders of which anti-Trump tactic to use. Either way it points out how big of a deal Trump is to the media.
