>TRY ME I TALK
Is that a threat?
We because we all know Lucas didn't make billions if dollars selling toys and stuffed characters from the Original trilogy right? Right?
>ugh capitalism, stop making money and more movies!
Yes, because every bit of humor ever seen in Star Wars was JarJar.
No other attempts at lighter hearted characters/ideas have ever worked, ever.
Star Wars died in 1977
They realized they could sell toys based on the OT. Now, they've realized it's more profitable to make toys and then a 2 hour, $300 million ad
>Now
Lucas realized this exact thing with the Prequels
Why are people pretending that thing is cute?
The death of Star Wars was long ago. This is just raping the corpse.
If the retarded Ewoks, Wookies and the Christmas Special didn't do it...

Why do they use the stereotypical shape of a star wars headpiece / helmet? Looks almost scarily like a stormtrooper.

Yeah, how about you go back to Sup Forums and tell them about it.

You know those things are gonna be able to use the force.
No, JJ Abrams was.
No, Star Wars died in 1983, a natural death, the end of the trilogy.
Star Wars has not existed since then.
Though I have seen some films that tag the Star Wars name on to the front. I got free tickets for The Force Awakens, it was one of those gold class premium cinemas where you can get food and drinks served to you and shit.
Quite nice seats, I had a couple beers and dozed off at some point during the middle of the film. I wouldn't mind going again if someone got me tickets but honestly who of you that use this board would actually pay your own money to watch a Star Wars film anymore?
I'm happy to wait for a decent copy to get uploaded, knowledge of the plot doesn't matter, you can't spoil films this bad.
