I don't know how Apple's vacation policy works, but I find it difficult to believe that their engineers can just take a month off to throw a hissy fit about an alleged rape joke. If there is anything in this story that IS true then Apple is lucky to be rid of "Danielle," leaving work for a month over this kind of thing is not something an emotionally healthy adult does.
