I thought Aura was a barrier between the person and the environment. jaune is the only time we've seen Aura heal something, and unless Aura is upgraded in the muguffin dept I don't think it's going to cut it.

Aura can heal wound (to explain why most Hunters aren't scarred to crap by the nature of the job) but it seems to be pretty slow. As is, his aura is probably the only thing keeping Qrow alive
Raven is going to swoop in to give Qrow his one save, either with the help of some tribal medicine, some tribal magic or maybe we'll get our second Maiden and have Spring use magic on him to save him
On Jaune, people say that his healing was even temporary as later on we see his scratches back.
So if that was just aura, it wouldn't even last.

I want to imagine that Qrow actually somehow magi-sucked/wind dusted the poison out and put on this elaborate "joke" to fool the kids so he could go back to tailing them from afar again without their immediate knowledge. I mean He wasn't bleeding during the campfire story, suddenly he starts up again randomly after a little sleep when no one was watching? I guess it's possible the wound reopened because of the poison, or he fought some grimm and shit got fucking opened again but the whole cliffhanger is strange to begin with.

I wonder how she is going to make her comeback and under what circumstances. I was under the impression that Monty just created her to be a vehicle for Yang to have a nemesis (Ruby had Cinder, Blake had Torchwick, Weiss had her daddy) and because he wanted a cool design.
She sort of took a life of her own when she became such a popular character despite having no development whatsoever. My hope is that she returns as a meaningful character and is not just left as a loose end to deus ex machina at a random point.
