I sleep anywhere from 0-18. I also almost never leave the house so my internal clock gets really messed up.

I'd say 8 really and don't underprioritize it.

It depends on the age of the person and what they do for work etc. but the difference in performance during the day from 5-8 hours is quite noticeable. I'd say the more physically active you are during the day, the less sleep you tend to need.
