One thing I've noticed about "toei good animation" Involves a lot of rubbery bodies and overexaggerating actions for the sake of making it seem very overly animated.
ie. There's a LOT of frames and it's very lively and smooth.but it's basically over done for the sole purpose of getting you to say "wow that was well animated!"
