Why is she wearing strawberry?

>yfw

its a scene from the movie, she sucks a bullet out of the wolfs wound and spits it out.

No, Castle in the Sky is

It's close but that would actually be Porco rosso.

It's good, but I prefer Whisper of the Heart.

tales from earthsea is the most underrated

Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke are constantly at battle with me, but I think Spirited Away is just a bit better.

this so much

Nah that's Ocean Waves

they both turned into LSD psycho dream sequence mid way, spirited away is the stronger dose though

The best Ghibli film is not even a Ghibli film.

No but the Wind Rises is

True.

It's either Kiki's Delivery Service or Spirited Away.

DUDE DRUGS LMAO

2deep4u

So, when do we get to see this?

my nigga

One of, this studio is always had comfy / kino movies, i heard Hayao is working on a new movie is that true?

>Porco Rosso is my favorite, it's so comfy

Mononoke-hime is a bit better composed because it speaks to the familiar yet distant past and to the "yamato damashii" that all Japanese have, same with Kaguya-hime.

Kiki's Delivery Service is the most comfy.

digibro is doing drugs now

Tales From Earthsea

He should've stuck with his pony fandom.

>is always making *

>the wind rises that low

This is related to the thread how..?

I forgot to mention his past as brony
someone should make a pasta, we should turn him into the new Sam Hyde/Bren Bren Fraser
It is so fascinanting to me seeing a person's life going off the rails

This is objectively the worst ratings I've ever seen

the movie is very light

Underrated.

there's a terrible review of kiki's delivery service in the post

Well, I doubt you've seen even half of them

Once I saw it, Hols moved a lot of other movies further down, of course

hols is literally the worst ghibli by far

Oh, you know that's not true

it is utterly non sensical and bloated, the scene where they try to climb the stairs take the cake as the worst scene in ghibli history
the movie feels like is 5 hours long

flew by for me

tales from earthsea is a characterless walkathon

What the fuck is Hols?

not him but tales from earthsea had the most relate able characters. Most other ghiblys have pipy longstocking supper kids that don't have any flaws. I like the story too

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Adventure_of_Horus,_Prince_of_the_Sun

This is pretty accurate:
>Horus introduced a number of technical and stylistic innovations, and established a new paradigm of Japanese animation: adult storytelling, psychological realism, visual complexity, overt political and social themes, and stylistic violence. This is the first Japanese animated feature to successfully disrupt the Walt Disney paradigm, and greatly expanded the possibilities of the medium beyond "children's cartoons."

Without Hols, you don't have Mononoke. Watch it, you'll see.

Howl's moving castle is better.

But that's Miyazaki's worst.

>The Great Adventure of Horus, Prince of the Sun
>Hols
Why not just call it Horus?

wikipedia doesn't tell me what to do

Nah

Kanye watches Demo's videos?

just leaving this here

I agree

I still don't know what the girl's exact problem was.

Good but that's not ghibli, gtfo fag

she was from the moon and shit

This. So extremely good.

It's better than most Ghibli movies.

It's not even better than mediocre Ghibli movies

Who knows? However, my favorite film is...

I think it has the best artwork, anyways, and the score is beautiful (but that's just Hisaishi being himself)

Even though I love your name and all of shinkai's films, they're almost all style over substance

Your name is pretty much the fury road of anime, great visuals and audio but no real good plot

>Best Ghibli film
>no one mention this pure kino masterpiece that inspired most of ghibli

No love for Castle in the sky?

mon negre
that's the best cartoon ever the nip bow to the superior french animé
youtube.com/watch?v=ocMZc3B_7gE

Your Name was the first Shinkai film where I cared about the plot.

While I really like Kiki, Totoro is far and away the most comfy, no contest.

Laputa is good but the characters are a little flat compared to mononoke and some others. Definitely has some of the best sequences though.

Chapter 4 when?

The music alone is 10/10.

Agreed.

Saw this in theaters with my friends, trash film. Felt like i was watching a really long episode of a generic anime

>Your name is pretty much the fury road of anime, great visuals and audio but no real good plot
lol that's actually a really good analogy

Yes.

Also best protagonist. Ashitaka is based as fuck.

Porco, Whisper of the heart, Kaguya and When Marnie was there respectively
December here I think

Garden of words and 5cm per second were both better

>jacques pervert

some parts but they both fall short, your name just has all the right ingredients and it's balanced out nicely
