Both have their pros and cons. On one hand, French is generally all around solid quality, but the English dub did have some gems. Odd's actor was pretty entertaining, and sounded fairly more fitting to his character than the somewhat girlish sounding kid who voiced him in French. Not to mention some of the dub voices were just so bad that they became hilarious from how forced or awkwardly performed they were. Such as many of Yumi's VA throughout the show's run.
