What did you guys think of this show?
Personally I kinda feel like it's Avatar Lite. I didn't watch it back when it aired but am enjoying it quite a bit now.
And Jack Spicer is a fucking treat.

Loved the Wu, particularly the early ones. The later ones were kind of niche or redundant. I also think the "good guys" really didn't deserve to be called as such at times.

Three words: Hannibal. Roy. Bean. Basically, he wasn't nearly as competent as he should he have been. Not to say he was an idiot, but with his buildup and late introduction (after Chase) you'd think he'd e wrecking shit left and right like it's a game after all nerfing other villains got.

This makes the most sense to me honestly.
The only person I'd say is better than Raimundo is Clay. Raimundo is street smart, head strong and actually incredibly compotent. Besides Omi he seems to have gotten the most in touch with his inner spirituality.
But I think the biggest thing that separates him from Omi is that Omi simply isn't good at leading. He rushes ahead a lot, he doesn't believe in the skill of his teamates and his constant grandstanding ends up alienating people even more.
Raimundo showed he could fall from grace and then learn to earn trust back. To the point where he REFUSED to be allowed to the next level of warrior until he felt he properly made up for what he'd done.

They could teleport you anywhere. If someone knew enough, they could totally find everyone's Wu caches and take everything. They could be first on the scene when a new Wu activates, and they can totally cheese a lot of the Showdowns (particularly races) by teleporting around.

honestly everything about Chronicles makes me think that the staff intentionally ignored as much as possible from the original series, especially if it was from season 3(whether that was for creative reasons or legal ones is another thing entirely)
honestly if he wasn't an Omi clone visually I think people would hate him a lot less, although I do agree with that Jermaine or even a redeemed Jack as the fifth Dragon would have been better
