Adam Sandler is perhaps the most least talented person to have ever been a major success in hollywood. His "talents" lie in being manipulative; he manipulates studios, he manipulates audiences and he manipulates critics. Make no mistake, this itself is a great talent, but the "man" (if he can truly be called a man and not a shapeshifting, semitic cockroach) has no artistic integrity or ambition. Adam Sandler movies are specifically catered to audiences with IQs below 100, and because this is the vast majority of America, he succeeds in raking in profits no matter what the movie is. Studios are well aware of this, and they know that if they turn down his offer he will take it elsewhere and make someone else some money. He abuses glitches in the matrix, and no matter what the budget is for a movie, no matter how bad it is, he will recoup it all and then some. A good chunk of this money will never be used to make the movie its intended for, instead it will be silently siphoned away into the hands of a select few people who have the power to keep this system going. im fairly close to the sandlers and this is essentially all true
