I can't tell if this webcomic serious or not and I kind of like that it teeters perfectly on the edge between cringe and sensible chuckle for me

Why is their son Danny Fenton?

I dont care, I am having a blast

Why not?

Okay I don't know why but I kek'd

...

Eldiman?

By all accounts it shouldnt make me laugh but it does

>that outfit

I'm glad the artist knows and isn't afraid to joke about it.

I've only ever seen this comic when it gets posted around. does it have a site where I can just read it all?

foxdad.com

It's right there on the page, man.

thanks man
I'm an idiot, I tried looking up fuzztone

thanks doc

It's all the same joke... over and over again.... The dad's a furry.... and that's it!!

You don't see VG Cats, Monster Under the Bed, Stupid Fox, or THEGaMERCaT doing this.

It's shitty furry puns, but at the same time it's got a cute earnestness to it.

>have a good nya-ight
I genuinely enjoy this comic

>"no jokes, but let's cater to furries by pretending they can have fulfilling relationships"
>that's actually enough to grab this board's attention.

What makes it so good is that it is completely aware of how silly the whole fursuit thing is and rolls with it rather than defend it it or just attach it.

Just compare it to "Dreaming of Utopia" for a completely different take on the whole thing.

>Dreaming of Utopia
wait a minute...this is real?! I thought it was a joke strip!! WHAT THE FUCK!!!

>Fox Dad is a half-faggot

Every time I see this comic all I feel is genuine disgust, and yet everyone here seems to find it cute.

He's a Western cartoon nerd. The furry of his dad and the weeaboo of his mom messed with his malleable young mind enough for him to identify with a cartoon ghost teenager, but not enough to make him look (too) stupid outside of Halloween.

It's Dad Jokes with a furry twist. That is the entire joke.

Why is his son danny phantom?

Dreaming of Utopia is good though.
And it's no more serious than Fox Dad, it just plays up the joke in a dead-pan fashion.

you and me both man. I guess let them have their fun and try to promote something that's actually good instead.

>a college student
>liking early One Piece for anything beyond Sanji and maybe Zoro

What kind of a weeaboo was Fox Mom?

I'm disappointed he edited this page

weebs gonna weeb, you know they have no standards, so dont worry too much.

Kek. This is actually funny. It doesn't make the furry a godlike entity that does no wrong, and it doesn't make the characters mindless retards either. The little injokes like having the son dress as DF when his base clothes clearly resemble that character anyway are neat.

What's the difference?

It's genuinely funny sometimes.

He edited the dude to look less like Aaron Diaz

when has this joke ever been funny

> Aaron Diaz

I'm dying

well, at least he has the cowardice of his convictions

I got nothing.

...

So this comic is furry and weeaboo injokes, or something?

This guy knows.

Not even that, it's mainly just dad jokes and lame puns, with a filter of furies and weeaboo over them.

That sounds strangely charming.

It's honestly pretty good, it's short and rarely updates though.

It makes them feel more normal about wanting to dress as a fox, find someone who will love them and raise their children the same way.

Where is the fan comic of where they have to tell the guy his son died in a car accident

And it just zooms into the dead blank look of his face

>That last panel
The fact that the facial expression doesn't change gives me the almightiest of keks

>PAWroud
This is like the Family Circus if everyone smelled vaguely of sweat and stale jizz.

I think this might be the stupidest joke I've ever actually laughed at

dreaming of utopia is good but it's a completely different type of comic
also it uses furries as a stand-in for "minority group whose presence other people feel threatened about their own way of life" like cultural or religious neighborhoods do IRL

foxdad is just groanworthy dad puns with a small layer of absurdity thrown on top

I find it nice that the artist draws the actual fursuits, even if idealized, instead of fursonas.

>PAF!
Why is this making me laugh?

>when has this joke ever been funny

I just laughed. So right now.

Foxdad is a pretty wholesome comic that doesn't use slapstick or rely on self deprecating humor like most webcomics today, it's pretty refreshing honestly.

I want porn of teen-furry fucking nami-weeb

>Just compare it to "Dreaming of Utopia" for a completely different take on the whole thing.
you could also say the same thing for "My mom is a weeaboo"

Never heard of it before

...

>all that setup for a dad pun
god

I can't wait for the comic where she finally snaps and shoots him.

No. No no no no no, don't you bring that evil here.

...

>have I lost touch?

Sup Forums is semi-detached from real life, so no, you haven't lost touch.

The day that hipsters en masse decide to walk around in fursuits, is when you should be worried.

The only thing I hate about this comic are the puns

Cmon user, don't puss out on me now.

I can't tell if they're making fun of furries or if they are furries

Why? Honestly, why?

Fuck, I'm just reading the whole thing. It's purrfect.

Don't get me wrong, I like a good pun once in a while, but when it's something like PAWesome or stuff like that, it makes me groan
Pic not entirely related

on his tumblr the author says he is in a band and links a soundcloud
I highly encourage you to look at it
soundcloud doop cum slush youngmik

>kitsune-senpai-sama
disgust

It's making fun of furries and weeaboos alike, but it's relatively lighthearted poking fun (as opposed to a harsher "you people would be better off dead" black comedy). It's meant to entertain both furry/weeaboo and non-furry/weeaboos alike.

I wonder if we'll ever see what the dad looks like under the fursuit.

Like in the last ever comic.

Or if the creator is sneaky and shows him in the background of a comic without any major hint that it is him.

It's one of those oddball sound effects, like ZONK.

>they have two kids

nani?

I'll admit I grinned.

user, when a furry and a weeaboo love each other very much...

>you'll never have a wife cosplaying Love Live 24/7
