What does Sup Forums think of In Bruges?
Me? I love it and I think it should be among the Sup Forums classics like Master and Commander.

I only have heard of it on account of the hilarious scene where they make an epic dig at le americans
>haha americans are fat!
so... this is peak euro comedy
One of my favorite movies.
Are you fat or something? It was a funny scene.
Reddit: the movie
It honestly helps to have grown up in Ireland or the UK to at least vaguely understand the self depricating humour in many Irish comedies.
The Guard, Cavalry, Perriers Bounty etc.
Hard for Americans to take. They really need an "APPLAUSE" now sign to appreciate movies
Pretty sure Brugges mayor used this movie as a tourism attraction
Why are americucks triggered by the lightest banter?
I'd love to glass your face
why?
>cavalry
is this that european education i hear so much about?
>Cavalry
Best scene

THEY'RE FILMIN' MIDGETS
Dark comedy kino
it's an inanimate object
YOU'RE AN INANIMATE FUCKING OBJECT
>Are you fat or something? It was a funny scene.
That's what he's saying...
It's reddit shit
quite shit movie
>Tried to calm him down when he was smashing the phone
>Told him he should bring backup to Bruges
Truly, a woman who did nothing wrong.
I hate it. I fucking hate it with all my might. It is quintessential Reddit
It has a spot on my 3x3 usually which means it's at least in my top 9 movies.
It was great with just the two main characters and setting alone, adding INANIMATE FUCKING OBJECT and rabbitfu into the mix just ramps it up to 11.
>One gay beer for my gay friend, one normal beer for me because I am normal.
Yeah that sounds like something reddit would be all over.
Top 5 of all time.
Shits GOAT tier desu
*He pauses, even though he should just hit the cunt, and he repeats*
hilarious movie, I love it and seven psychopaths
>ray keeps talking about the suicidal midgets in time bandits
that was my favorite film at the time and that slayed me
I mean it is a fairytale fucking city
I honestly think it's a masterpiece and it's one of my favourite films. The cast, the setting, the dark humour, it all combined into a great work of cinema.
If you're not into dark comedy you won't like it, but if you're into the genre you can't miss it.
>gay jokes
>fat jokes
>sexist jokes
>midget jokes
>allows the dwarf to go on a tirade about a race war
Quoting half the lines in this film on reddit would probably get you shadowbanned.
> An UZI? I'm not from South Central Los fucking Angeles. I didn't come here to shoot 20 black 10-year olds in a fucking drive-by - I want a normal gun for a normal person.
It's pure reddit. The directors brother is the one that doesn't make reddit bait
ENTRY IS FAIV EURO
How? Half the lines are "problematic". See
It pretty much has my favourite OST of any film
I heard the guy behind In Bruges and Seven Psychopaths has a new movie coming out called Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. Anyone excited about that? I don't know a lot about it but if it's anything like the two I mentioned it'll be GOAT
Holy fuck I need to rewatch this film.
And? In Bruges is pure reddit fedoracore meme movie to the extreme. These type of flicks are 16 year old just getting into non-capeshit cinema incarnate. Entry level neo-cinephile bait. Guardians of the Galaxy with a different paint job
Your mind is damaged. Take a break
>he unironically uses neo-cinephile
Lost all credibility at that point.
Opinion discarded you hipster fuck
This post makes no sense. It's like it was made by an alien.
:(
Well I guess he solved the boy's problems now didn't he
You sound like a right pretentious knobhead.
>rabbitfu
they called us hippos
Serious question - if this is somehow 'reddit le movie' then what the fuck do you people consider *not* 'reddit le movie'?
Objectively great movie
For what it's worth doglover said that it's 10/10.
saying gayass shit like "fedoracore" makes you reddit

As a yank, the McDonagh brothers' movies are some of my favorites, but I know a lot of plebs who would be bored to death with it. I don't know if it's just America, but lots of people just have no attention span.

>in bruges
>subtle at all
It's humor is reliant on how black it is and how that's supposed to be shocking. It's a good film though.
Absolute kino.
*farts into the mircophone*
Do you communicate in anything besides memespeak?
the scene in the hotel between Ray, Harry, and Marie is probably one of my favorite comedy scenes of all time. on top of that the tension in the beginning where i thought he was going to try and shoot through Marie. wew

Reddit isn't that bad tho
>It’s deeply insulting to movie audiences when an award-winning playwright thinks that this sub-Tarantino nonsense carries the essence of cinema in some way.
>It honestly helps to have grown up in Ireland or the UK to at least vaguely understand the self depricating humour in many Irish comedies.
>YOUR AN INANIMATE FUCKING OBJECT
damn...
so this is european comedy...
It's European Pulp Fiction. It's alright.
Pulp fiction is overrated
In Bruges isn't
>cavalry
