Because she made the show, and it's ussually with her that it's at it's best. She's got an insane grasp of anatomy and movement. She's fairly accomplished outside of her great storyboarding too. She's responsible for some of the best adventure time episodes, and subsequently their worst from boarders trying to do what she did with lore and relationships.
I'm not saying she's perfect, but she's insanely competent, and without her this show wouldn't exist.
