That's the primary one from the first but for the third for some reason for ROTK for me it's this insignificant scene where right after they escape that cave with the ghosts and skullingtons Aragorn wanders to the cliff to see all those ships that have raided and falls to his knee in despair. I don't think it was in the theatrical cut so it caught me off-guard when I watched the extended.
