BTAS was done on film, so it'd be entirely possible to do an HD remaster, provided they didn't throw out the original masters. But it'd probably be too expensive to do.

The whole series has 1080p rips (from Amazon and Itunes I think) so we know it was at least made in HD.
Won't happen. Batman and Superman TAS were both only made in SD. I'm not sure about Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero though.
