Swamp Thing, Catwoman, Cheetah and the Slaughter Swamp and Gorilla City stages were all confirmed this week and Black Canary was recently added to the beta which is ending soon.
Also, the mobile version of the game had a soft launch overseas. Videos of the mobile game have now shown us Green Lantern, Cyborg and Scarecrow (seemingly seen through the effects of fear gas).
But then there are the ones who already have canon ships so it's a little hard for me to waifu them, like Lois Lane, Mera, Black Canary, etc.

God, that'd be amazing. Give us inexplicably hyper-competent "All-Star Superman" Jimmy. Have him turn into the giant turtle boy for his super move.
DC would never sign off on anything as silly as that, though. It'd mean acknowledging that it's okay to take DC characters anything less that deadly serious, and I don't see them ever doing that, even in a video game. It's a real shame, too, because fighting games like Injustice are the perfect place to acknowledge the inherent silliness of superheroes.
Then again, the Lego Batman Movie blew all their live action offerings out of the water, so maybe the tide's due for a shift.

In a similar vein, A Lois & Clark joke character would be great. Have two characters that you control at once who share a life bar. Lois could get all up into the opponents' face and demand an interview, while Clark would stealth attack the enemy using his powers. It'd be great. Have banter between Lois and Clark. Hell yeah.

Oh man, I just watched this not even an hour ago or so just to refamiliarize myself with Injustice 1's supers. They're just so boring.
I really do think Inj 2's supers are that much better, even if they're not super hype or anything.

A Jimmy that goes through transformations would be fucking awesome. He could turn from Elastic Boy to Kryptonite DN-Alien Jimmy from the Jack Kirby run to Turtle Boy to All-Star Doomsday Jimmy. And all while he's doing it he's quoting from All-Star and making non sequiturs about gypsy curses.
Outro is him getting on the super-bike from the Kirby run and riding away with the newsboy legion.
Finisher is him using the Superman Distress watch and calling a random version of Superman to pound the enemy due to "multiverse interference". It could be Red Son, Kingdom Come, Classic, Nu 52, anyone.
Lois and Clark would also be a god-tier idea. It's a shame Injustice has to be super grim. It would be nice if it lightened up to Marvel vs Capcom's tone.

Honestly I think what would make all the "punches you a bunch" supers could be fixed if you turned them into X-Ray moves. Slow down on every punch, show broken bones.
