Prim Slim is looking good these days. That NCR-Brotherhood alliance really paid off.

Everybody here would, don't lie.

Is she Mexican? Cause in like a year she's gonna be such an ugly old woman. They age worse than abos.

He was right at the end

>Sup Forums makes another bait thread

I know, right? I mean, have you seen Salma Hayek?

>that trigger discipline
Looks to me like they did everything wrong.

>Jason was right

If superman wasn't such a wus, everything would've worked out.

>Salma Hayek
She's half Lebanese breh. Mediteranians age better than latinos. She's also rich so there's that.

Their brutality and lack of de-escalation techniques means that their appeal is limited and will have difficulty finding new places to hire them because of political backlash and lawsuit risks. Their required body type for employment, tall, heavily muscled, widely built, limits their ability to recruit new employees and their presumable lack of minority Americops leaves them open to an affirmative action case. The places most inclined to hire them would be the places that need them the least, turning them into heavily armed and overly paid security guards. Animosity between the Americops and regular law enforcement would be extreme and probably lead to altercations and arrests, assuming various police unions and advocacy groups even let the politicians bring the Americops in. Private groups acting in an official law enforcement capacity have to follow the same rules real cops do, meaning that they'd be unable to pull half the shit they do in the comics.

tl;dr: The Americops are a political and legal landmine that, if they even managed to be deployed, would be hit with so many lawsuits so fast they'd have to hold bake sales to buy their steroids. They should be a side plot in a Daredevil or She-Hulk comic.

Bump

hook with out bait

He's not that bad a guy given his circumstances.

Americops are leathermen, just like the original Americop. If anything, they'd be swamped with male admirers and fan clubs of degenerates and people trying to dox them so they can pursue them romantically.

That said, some of them (the mounted police versions) are kind of slender and shit.

And given how bad shit has gotten in New York since DeBlasio, they probably would be cheered by the average New Yorker for stopping DeBlasio's attempt to turn New York back into a sewer.

>DeBlasio
Who

Actually they should have just used the OG Americop in Spider-Man 2099 (Bart Gallow is the grandfather of Punisher 2099) or made him one of the Mercs For Money.

The later would have been far better usage for him. They could have made Americop and Stingray friends and had them snark on Deadpool and how crazy Deadpool is.

Mayor of New York.

I think they are cool but I don't like the messege they are being used for.

...

DeBlasio is the current mayor of New York. Total SJW cuck who pissed off the entire police department by defending Black Lives Matters and shitting on the police (to the point that BLM killed a couple of NYPD officers after he attacked the police/white knighted the BLM group).

As for Spencer's usage of the character, Spencer has dropped a lot of balls he could be playing with. Case in point, when we last saw the original Americop, Rage's BFF Speedball and Bullseye were tracking him down for Iron Man/Norman Obsorn and if we are to take Spencer's comment about the original Americop being dead as true, Rage's BFF Speedball inadvertedly killed the original Americop (Bullseye stabbed Speedball several times to trigger his Penance power to electrocute him/cause him to suffer severe nervous system damage). They should have Speedball investigating the Americops organization to find out if Bart Gallows is indeed dead (he was still listed as alive when he was last seen in spite of his injuries) and maybe toss in Bullseye and not Speed Demon as being the guys who framed Rage, with the added plot point that Bullseye killed a couple of Americops to frame Rage for murder, because Bullseye is going after people who made him their bitch when he was a Thunderbolt.

The problem all "private police forces are fascist" stories, like Percy Benjamin's first GA arc, is that no politician in the world would authorize them looking and acting the way that they do. There simply would be too much blowback.

...

/thread

It's less of him being a SJW cuck and more about him having a very public feud with police upper echelons and unions.

Nypd still is shit but dont defened literal ghetto thugs

did she get pregnant from this? that would have been a great twist.

barry's boner tho

No need to worry, Gail Simone got to kill her off a few years later

What about all the demons who will be able to run unopposed? Or you know all the gods who actually did shit, but he was too much of a prick to actually think. Serioulsy the necrosword could just be demon. That'd be a good twist.

Then you could do the whole demons are like humans in that they could always return to the light, but refuse to. Kinda like how Jane should take a cure because instead of being a martyr she could find a treatment among the stars that's effective.

I swear there was another episode of Futurama where the main characters were the bad guys (Not just accidentally doing something bad), but it was never acknowledged, and we were still supposed to root for them. I can't remember which episode it was, though.

we only need tumblr and we will be all set for an average tread

she got arrested and then died in secret six

Pretty sure you could kill these fuckers in self defense pretty handily. They aren't real cops, they're a PMC that literally patrols neighborhoods looking for 'crime' just like superheroes but with a corporation to back them up. Of course they're probably lawyered up enough to get you fucked by the law but whateva

Don't thread your own post newfag

man they look nice in that uniform

Actually objectively true. Free Orm.

...

there's only one villain who dindunuffin

But he's a fucking monster.

Name ONE thing he did that wasn't completely justified

...

Isn't BMs shtick basically "Fuck Aquaman because fuck you Aquaman"?

He has no reason to do the heinous shit he does. He is literally completely unjustified every time he does anything.

He's done more to hurt his archnemisis out of senseless hatred than any of the 'justified' villains have ever done to theirs with their lofty moralizing.

Almost inspiring, really

>did nothing wrong
>robot didnt shoot the suspect on sight

Any woman in her right mind would be pissed at a man that's made them a single parent.

No, fuck you.
>throwing a "wahh why don't you pay me attention daddy" temper tantrum instead of straight-up murdering Joker and saving countless lives in the future
If you want to be an edgelord, at least do it right.

But Magog admits he was wrong and ended up hating that he took Superman's place.

she's just a science experiment

He killed Aquababy, ruined Aquaman's marriage, ruined Aquaman's friendship with Aqualad, and then bragged about it ever chance he got. He has no justification besides, "I hate Aquaman." He doesn't even have justification to hate Aquaman aside from, "I hate Aquaman."
That's why we love him.

If he had succeeded he would have done nothing wrong, but the whole point in his plan was BECAUSE he did something wrong and then did a lot of shit wrong to try to make up for it.
Is it worse to stop existing people from ever having existed or to refuse to allow non-existing people the chance to exist?

Didn't he pretend to be a black supremacist just to piss off Aquaman?

Why hasn't Aquaman killed him yet?

...

Oh, he did more than that. He revealed that the reason he hated Aquaman was because he was autistic. Arthur felt sorry for him, and ended up helping him. The two became friends, Arthur got him into therapy, And then Manta revealed it was all a lie and stabbed him.

...

Because if he kills Manta, he'll have lowered himself to killing someone out of hatred.
If Black Manta kills Aquaman, he'll have nothing to live for.
It's the greatest arch-enemy status-quo ever written.

So was Vision, Frankenstein, Wolverine, at least one version of Bizzarro, and Ultron.
That doesn't mean they have accountability as conscious, self-aware life-forms.

That said, during Brightest Day it was shown that Manta got an ordinary job at a fish market while Aquaman was dead.
He didn't take the news that Arthur was alive again well as I remember.

But Aquaman is okay with killing, if I recall. Especially after the aquababy shit.

He wasn't happy about Aquaman's apparent death during Forever Evil either.

I liked that, because his reasoning for fighting the CSA was nominally because their fuckery with the laws of physics caused his fathers grave to get flooded, but it honestly just seemed like an excuse to find someone else to hate.

Not now he isn't. Rebirth set them up for a long future of Black Manta dickery. They both had a chance to kill each other, but they talked each other out of it.

Just leave Sup Forums and spend all your time in your tumblr hugbox.

>It's a 'Sup Forums demonstrates an utter lack of self-awareness' episode

Go back to your hugbox.

He knew he was wrong, and gave superman the opportunity to correct everything, if he only stood up to him. Instead big blue ran away, leaving poor old Magog there.

>decides to kill all gods, including the benevolent ones
>becomes the worst kind of God in doing so- one that cares only about vengeance and his own ego

>or made him one of the Mercs For Money.

That might have been nice. Could have been the straight man of the group, as opposed to Solo or Masacre.

and that whole line from arthur was bullshit. He's an atlantean citizen who was operating as a government body. at the very least you can put him in a sea prison with a slap on the wrist sentence.

To be fair a lot of New Yorkers, left or right hate Diblasio

>Villain
It's been a while since I read girl genius, but I don't remember him being portrayed as the villain until after he got possessed

no they acknowledged it at the end of the episode. That was the joke. They were assholes invading a planet for no sane reason. The gang got conscripted and part of the joke is that the invasion was a pointless waste of time and lives.

if he succeeded he did nothing wrong but the whole show kind of points out his plan is bluntly impossible so he murdered god knows how many people for no good reason.

The joker is a professional irl troll and did nothing wrong either.

>his final line in The Killing Joke "It's just a prank, bro"
Improvement or not?

...

He wasnt a villain.

Just like the Zodiac.

isn't Cap pro police but not pro police brutality?

...

Nigger did you even read the story

Typical businessman.

Yeah while I was reading this arc I thought it was incredibly stupid that Orm wasn't sent back to Atlantis. Clearly he was operating on a completely different world-view and admitted he was wrong in the end.

>While the Americops brought double-digit reductions in crime rates to the cities where they had been deployed, controversy surrounded them due to their members' particular hostility towards minority communities, with reports involving profiling, harassment, and excessive force.
That's unfortunate implications if I've ever seen some.

He failed, that's the thing he did wrong.
Having Hugo eulate his ideology in the OVAs was sweet. I hope we'll get more of that in S3, the glimpses so seems to imply so.

Getaway did nothing wrong.

...

Hes autistic

A good post!

How?

How is Superman supposed to know of a planet light years away when he's mainly based on Earth?

Did the Justice League even have FTL travel in the Silver Age

Ben is a unstoppable god that could never be killed, can suvirve a big bang and ressurect like nothing ever happened, he alsho change the universe twice at his will. that boy is a menace

He couldn't have possibly known that. Plus Ben saved the universe more times than he endangered it.

Arkham Asylum manages to be both a revolving door and a draconian shithole at the same time.

Lock-up has my absolute seal of approval.

>He didn't take the news that Arthur was alive again well as I remember.

Understatement

>that edit

He created the perfect system

Wait, Black Manta is black?

Yes.
Hence the "Black" in Black Manta.
