PROPOSED CAST

>Leonardo DiCaprio as Peter Parker / Spider-Man.

That stuff was edge as fuck, and not in the Sup Forums sense but in the literal sense, it was full on edge, there's (I guess) script or something like that floating on the Internet

leonscripts.users5.50megs.com/scripts/BATMANYEARONEscript.htm

>John Malkovich as Adrian Toomes / Vulture.
>Bruce Campbell as Quentin Beck / Mysterio.

>Madonna as Harleen Quinzel / Harley Quinn.
Madonna was 40 in 1998, jesus

Also, Nicholas Cage was so eager to be in Superman or Batman, makes me feel bad for him. I know how much he loves comics. Too bad he had to settle for Ghost Rider.

>Anne Hathaway as Felicia Hardy.
other than that, I wish they made this desu

I guess that doesn't surprise me with aronofsky and miller on the script but fuck that's some wasted potential

>Dylan O'Brien or Logan Lerman as Peter Parker / Spider-Man.

NOTES

>Originally a spin-off of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 3, the project was reconfigured into a stealth reboot introducing a new Spider-Man after Andrew Garfield and Marc Webb were fired and the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN franchise was scrapped.

Throw away joke cameo. I mean IF they followed through with mysterio getting revenge in part 5, would have been great.

I love the idea of a magician not getting as much attention when there's a fucking super hero on the news each week. Who cares about magic tricks when there's a guy who can lift a car? Id love a movie where mysterio takes on spider-man for the challenge and the fame or showing the world what a real entertainer is like.

Thats literally the same plot as what we got except without the last 3 x-men and Rogue alongside Wolverine.

>Idris Elba as Bruce Wayne / Batman
Sure
>John Boyega as Tim Drake / Robin
Fuck no.

Burton wanted Carrey and Allen. Spacey and Walken were approached by the studio and ultimately declined.

>X-MEN ORIGINS: MAGNETO (2010)

DIRECTOR: David S. Goyer

WRITER: Trevor Sheldon

THE PLOT

>After escaping from the Auschwitz Concentration Camp, Erik Lensherr becomes a Nazi hunter employed by the United States government to dismantle a secret society of Nazis led by Dr. Heinrich Schmidt, the man who murdered Erik's family. Erik eventually crosses paths with Charles Xavier and they join forces to stop Schmidt, who has been capturing mutants to create an army of living weapons.

>Ian McKellen as Erik Lensherr / Magneto.

PROPOSED CAST

>Sandra Bullock as Donna Troy / Wonder Woman.

NOTES

>Ivan Reitman was in very early talks to direct the movie before it was scrapped.

>Dr. Sychopoulous

Subtle.

It was largely told in flashbacks and had both a prologue and an epilogue with Xavier and Magneto meeting in the ruins of Auschwitz to discuss their friendship. As it turns out the movie ends right before the Congress hearing about mutant registration that kicks off the plot of the first X-MEN movie.

Goyer at one point said he wanted to use deaging technology so Sir Patrick and Sir Ian could play their younger self but it was simply too expensive at the time.

>Shannyn Sossamon as Diana / Wonder Woman.

This is actually true. The idea was she was a rival to prof X. All the sexual tension was to be between those two, I even remember reading she was supposed to be his ex-g/f or something.

Singer wanted emma to be connected to Charles and not a young sex icon.

Trevor Sheldon? You mean Sheldon Turner, good lord get this shit right. OP why you being such a massive faggot?

NOTES

>WB was reportedly interested in Doug Liman to direct the movie and Matt Damon to star as Green Arrow, but no formal offers were made.

Interesting how these star the sidekick characters (obviously technically not the case in Wally's case) and the originals were killed off.

That could've been a fascinating Elseworlds type movie.

That would've been a disaster.

The script for that movie sounded so fucking bad. Raimi died for our sins.

Sony's executives team

PROPOSED CAST

>Michelle Pfeiffer as Selina Kyle / Catwoman.

NOTES

>The project was briefly revived in 2001 as a starring vehicle for Ashley Judd before being scrapped in favor of what eventually became Halle Berry's CATWOMAN.

That's... Wow. That's Rogan Hornet level stupid.

Holy hells I still have a magazine from 2000 about that. Had concept art of brainiacs ship and such. I need to dig those out.

iirc, they wanted that to be the first movie, and fox didn't but fox told them if they do the first the way the studio wants it and it's successful that they could do that for the sequel.

So, they made xmen origins wolverine, and then when they went to do the sequel fox stepped in and interfered with everything again and we got the wolverine as we know it.

If I'm not mistaken the premise was that he gets picked by the ring by mistake because he was considered "the bravest man on Earth" for eating like hundreds of diarrhea-inducing burritos on live television

>That's Rogan Hornet level stupid.
No that movie was decent.

>Leonardo DiCaprio as Peter Parker / Spider-Man.
As an introvert? With Leo's looks?
