It doesn't. He was a great, hardworking and successful composer shadowed by unmatched talent. You're just a loser.

Because we'll never be number 1, there will always be someone that outshines us who we perceive to not deserve it.

it doesn't, I don't feel entitled like he does

Everyone is mediocre when compared to someone else.

>virgin
>bad skin
>premature balding
>inadequacy complex
>misses his chance at some poontang when he spergs out
>forever cucked by his superior chad counterpart, even after their death

literally me

no amount of formal education can match true talent

I don't know moot, just tell us why

This. you can be very good at something but never the genius if you dont have the thing.

this, the losers on this board wish they could be salieri

mozart got more love than him even in death

I never liked him

youtube.com/watch?v=-ciFTP_KRy4

The Virgin Salieri
>works really really hard to produce mediocre music
>thanks God every time he does
>takes vow of celibacy (doesn't get any pussy anyway)
>oneitis doesn't like him back
>nobody remembers his work after just a few decades
>obsessed with looking stylish and clean
>Italian

The Chad Mozart
>produces masterpieces with no effort at all
>doesn't even know who God is
>has big tit wife, swims in female adoration constantly
>fucked salieri's waifu
>music is remembered for centuries
>wears ridiculous wigs all the time and doesn't give a fuck

Is true talent something one is born with or is it an applied perspective that is molded through life experience?

wtf i hate mozart now

Mozart and Salieri had both, what's your point?

Have never seen movie, and I didn't like Cuckoo Nest, and always assumed this was pleb imdbredditbait for middlebrow normies of the same caliber. Am I wrong?

Mozart was naturally better

Savants occur so rarely that they are practically a myth. In reality, hard work and a solid education are what separate the "great" men from the "average" ones.

youtube.com/watch?v=nDxrf5UdyWU

>"This piece had to be an accident. It had to be"
>"It better be"

Music Kino

>Savants occur so rarely that they are practically a myth
If we're talking about Chad savants then yes but there are much more autistic savants.

Yes, many do have a pre-inclination towards certain kinds of modes of thought; however, this can only carry you so far. Natural talent is nothing compared to study, something Mozart started at a very young age.

I think what pained Salieri is that he recognized (at least in the context of the movie) that even if he had Mozart's exact training and personal history, he would not have been able to compose what he saw as Mozart's masterpieces. Training is certainly the biggest driver, but it would not be able to equalize the difference in talent. He thought Mozart had a gift that he didn't deserve, which he also seemed to squander. For a religious man, this was infuriating.

Well, the future is looking good for Kevin Spacey, at least. People look at this movie fondly, but the Emperor was convicted of possession of child porn, and no one seems to care anymore.

This desu

>tfw 300 years from now there will be a play and a film about pic related that will be just like Amadeus

he wasn't an a-lister tho

>talent
>for a fucking baby sport
How useless

Because he embodies envy and hatred but grows out of it, something we all strive for.

Could actually be kino. Rivalry films are great, and sports is always an excellent source of them.

PLAY

It's a rock star movie of sorts.

That's not Spacey. Its F. Murray Abraham.

Loser mentality. Winners practice 9000000+ hours to get where they are. Then all the nuance shit comes into play in the top 1%.

Yea Salieri was a coke snorting stoolie

No shit... I didn't say it was. I'm saying the situation for Spacey might not be as bad as it looks.

>Then all the nuance shit comes into play in the top 1%.
Guys with talent can skip a lot of hours because of immediate understanding.

But its not Spacey

>Am I wrong?
Yes

Are you dense?

Are you? That's not Spacey "bro"

Nobody immediately understands music theory, music history, etc. But be sure to option select that when you fuck up, hell I do it too.

Look bud I don't need you to beleive me because I've lived this, but I'll share with you anyway.

I'm an athlete, not a particularly good one, but I've gone to the world championships in my sport a couple of times because in lucky and mostly because I pick events that I think few other people will do and win nationals that way.

I'm pretty obsessed with my sport, and I started when I was 16 and have nearly always done everything I can to be better at it. I've skipped many parties, been sober at many more, gone to bed early, ate well, trained hard and consistently. At one stage I hadn't missed a training session in just over two years, no injuries or sicknesses.

And yet, I've seen tens of people start later than me and end up way better than me. Hitting numbers I am only aiming to hit five/teb years from now.

That's just pure talent. I'm okay with mediocrity, I enjoy the sport so I'm gonna keep doing it. But to be really good at something you need to be at the extremes of talent and hard work. And there is nothing you can do with only one.

(and yes I've seen many talented people become nothing for various reasons)

But the take home lesson is: talent fucking exists and it's such a dominant factor in many human endeavours that you cannot ever out work it once it reaches a certain level. And that's fine.

He's referring to Jeffrey Jones who still got some work (notably in Deadwood) after being outed as a pedo. The guy who made the Jeepers Creepers movies is also a convicted pedo.

I'm not saying about skipping but understanding it more faster than average person. Even if you'd put a lot of hours of dedication and effort, you'd be very good composer but not genius.

>picking things up and putting them back down
>"""sport"""
go back to fit

Sounds like you didn't work as intelligently or as hard as you'd like to admit. I wouldn't say that is the case in my athletics at all. All of the guys may have had better genetics, but all the skill they earned through practice.

That's not Jones either. Its F. Murray Abraham.

lol, this fucking idiot troll.

Get fukt, kiddo.

>top 1 percent

Jones plays the Emperor. End of the troll feeding.

Wow I thought he was talking about baseball not weightlifting. That is funny. My sport was mma/wrestling.

No. It's s movie about composers.

Also this.

Look at Messi. He is one of the most gifted guys in the world. But if he didn't work as hard as he did he would be Maradona Tier. A fucking joke that would be at his prime for four years, tops

And, if Cristiano Ronaldo didn't work as hard as he works, he would have been Rooney Tier. He is not the most talented guy around the football world (guys like Rooney, Quaresma, even Torres are more talented than him). But he is the one who works the hardest, and he reached God levels

Holy shit. I didn't even realize that was the same guy in Deadwood until you said. Wow. So, yeah, Kevin doesn't have it bad at all. His crime wasn't nearly as bad.

And shit... what the fuck was the situation like on the Deadwood set? Everyone had to know the guy was a wannabe kiddie diddler. Absolutely surprised he still got work.

Mediocrities everywhere!

would watch
you realize messi is autistic as fuck

>messi is autistic as fuck
where?

We will probably get a film about them in our lifetimes, but a film of quality like Amadeus will only be available at least one century from now ;_;

Maybe Heaven has all films from all times of mankind, who knows

t. Saint Patron of Mediocres

cause hes smart enough to know hes not talented enough be be the best in his field

>On the page it looked nothing! The beginning simple, almost comic. Just a truck. Goons, hooded men - like a James Bond film. And then, suddenly, fingers on his belt, a CIA agent. A single man, standing there, unwavering... until a doctor trying to bring friends sweetened it into a scene of such delight! This was no movie by a corporate monkey! This was directing I had never felt. Filled with such dialogue, such inexplicable dialogue. It seemed to me that I was seeing the face of God

someone pls translate this into an image

Showered in brilliant light of diamond since birth, to the blessed it can only be a mockery of what it is to be, to see the futile lives of others flailing in the dirt for a gem.

Damn you! The insult of falsehood I can ignore, for I know it is wrong, the insult of misjudgment I can endure, for I know I will prove it wrong, but the insult of truth? That I will not tolerate.

How dare you tower above me, how dare you so callously cast shade on what little moment in the sun I have in this world.

For that offense I will mar you so completely that throughout the halls of time all the eyes in all the stars who witness your rise and fall will say
"Here lies Alexander the Great, God Emperor of the East, dog of Diogenes!"
Bastard!

Why don’t you do it

Mozart started to play at 5. Salieri much later.

Top kek

Was F. Murray Abraham's acting in this movie, dare I say it, perfect?

kek
more of this please

He did get the Academy Award.

Austrian here, please don't mistake Hollywood Blockbusters for history lessons.

During their lifetime Salieri was more accomplished, better paid and drew more people in. He had no reason to dislike Mozart, be jealous or conspire against him. He even helped him to advance his career because, surprise, that's what colleagues do that respect each other.

does anyone have the amadeus meme post saved it was great

fuck off Salieri we all know it's you

could someone versed in classical music please post salieri's best work?

>mozart indoctrinated and forced to play by his dad equals talent

wew lads some real nice education you got over there

Salieri respected Mozart?

Not the other guy, but yes, very much so. The movie is great but it has very little to do with actual history.

Play CIA

>How well are you trained in shitpost?

>I know a little. I shitposted in my youth.

>Where?

>Here on Sup Forums.

>Ah! Then you must know this
>"JUST FUCK MY SHIT UP"

>I can't say that I do. What is it?

>It was a very popular meme on its day. I made it.
>Here, how about this?
>"Now THIS is podracing"
>I made it.
>...
>This one brought down the board when we shitposted it...
>"What did he mean this?"
>Well?

>I regret it is not too familiar.

>Can you recall no meme of mine?
>I was the most famous shitposter in Sup Forums.
>I made 40 memes alone.
>Here! What about this one? "IF I PULL THAT OFF WOULD YOU DIE"-

>"IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY PAINFUL, YOU'RE A BIG GUY, FOR YOU!"
>Yes, I know that! That's charming!
>I'm sorry, I didn't know you shitposted that.

>I didn't. These were the baneposters...
>Bane Posters.

>The men you accuse yourself of cucking.

Someone post the Snyder version

>Maradona
>a fucking joke
you gotta be smoking some mean sherm to be talking that kind of shit about the greatest there has ever been and will ever be

you can if true talent doesn't practice

>he thinks history lessons come before art
the movie isn't about HURR TODAY WE WILL LEARN ABOUT THIS LITTLE FACTOID OF HISTORY, it's about jealousy. People have taken historical settings and figures and made up stories around them for millennia, and a lot of that shit was great art.

he doesn't, it's not a good movie

literally what the fuck could you not like about amadeus

>has four meme years with Napoli
>plays good in two world cups
>the best ever
Get out of here, fag! Guy was incredibly gifted and did nothing relevant with his talent. Literal Neymar mentality

This desu

Shakespeare mostly wrote bullshit, but its his themes that matter

i don't remember this scene in scarface

>he thinks this fucking Mozart blockbuster is art

lol, it's over-dramatized to sell

cheap art maybe, but still art

What does it say about humanity when you can still find people exactly like old sallierari on park benches, rambling for hours about lost ambitions and failures?

it's about some whiny cunt doing stupid shit and that old dude being a jealous stupid cunt about it

it's stupid and boring

>doesn't even know who god is

i hope so much this is bait

>He said you killed Moe Zart
>Moe who?
>Zart

How do you get to Carnegie Hall?
In a body bag.

Because he's like all those other guys who believes that playing by the rules, working hard, and being a God-fearing person will guarantee success and happiness in life when in reality, gifted hedonists who go all YOLO get everything.

what can I say? everyone seems to love it and I don't, have you tried killing yourself btw you should try it it's really good

>have you tried killing yourself btw you should try it it's really good

don't cut yourself on that edge, kid
