>black family matters house gets wrecked
just
did someone actually live there?
gentrification is fairly predictable.
its a house on the northside of chicago in a well to do area
The full house house is one of the painted ladies. This is just the family matters house in gangland that no one cares about.
Fuck condos

Family Matters was a pretty good show. How it handled race issues compared to a modern black sitcom like Black-ish was masterful. It treated racism as an occasional and serious social ill, treated each instance with gravitas, and never played it for a joke.
It also advocated moving up in society via self improvement and improving black communities from within.
Good. Maintaining low-density single family homes in urban areas is a major contributor to insane housing prices.
I loved the episode where someone spray painted "Nigger" on Urkel's locker, and they thought it was a racist white male but it turned out to be one of the Jewish teachers at the school false-flagging. I never expected a black sitcom to be so WOKE
>yes yes lets get rid of single family homes and replaced with condos, you dont really need your own place, dont forget your fees to the condo association
>dont forget your fees to the condo association
is this really a thing?
in america yes, if you live in a condo or an upscale gated neighborhood you have to pay fees to live there and any changes done to your property has to get approved by a committee
I mean, if the common areas are a pool, a gym, a steam room, I wouldn't have a problem joining.
That is what happened in San Francisco. The neighborhoods by Golden Gate Park are mostly single family attached houses.
interesting plot
What episode was this? I don't remember it.

Yeah I figured it never actually happened.
Laura starts a black history class at school and one of her fellow students writes NIGGER on her locker. It's a real episode
