Maybe the best motion-capture movie ever.

Why can't capeshit come up with great OG characters and stories like this?

The live action one with Gerard butler was better

first half was epic. old beowulf was kinda depressing but what can you do, all heroes have to fall at some point. good movie, fantasy done right.

*Chistopher Lambert

the source material is good

I loved it when I saw it in the cinema, might rewatch it now.

The scene where he fights grendal was great.

The original poem is excellent.

Because capeshit has been attempting to imitate actual mythological figures and failing miserably.

same. its still badass. the swimming race across the ocean is my fav.

Buddy crunching on that head. Eeew.

>tfw the model they made of her will never leak online for SFM porn

Honestly the saddest i've felt in a while

It was shit but we need more actual epics adapted for film.

>thor
>hercules (but done well)
>gilgamesh

>that dragon battle
HNNNNGGG MUH DICK

>ywn live a life like that

I find meaning in my own struggles, but man, sometimes you wish you could just do something that'd get remembered in an epic poem.

I suppose that is why they call it 'escapism'. But what is so great about life if we constantly want to be somewhere else.
