Justice League
Justice League seems to get a big laugh around here all the time.
Hot shots!
Up the Creek
...
Porky's. It's also the jewiest movie of all times.
Not this.
It's kinda funny. Not that great though.
I thought Thor: Ragnarok in IMAX 3D was the best comedy of the year?
...
fucking patrician
This is one of those movies where rather than having a whole script together they just seemed to have a whole bunch of ideas for gags that are connected by a shoestring plot; the whole thing just kind of fizzles out and ends.
there isn't one un-funny scene in this whole movie
Airplane!
This Is The End.
Fite me.

You're all under arrest for failing to say Naked Gun.
...
>you will never be cool enough to be one of the guys
Top Secret!, obviously.
Animal House is the best.
No contest.
Blazing Saddles!
there are legitimately funny parts throughout, Spielberg has such a child-like way of seeing the world, he's so in-touch with children, that guy, obviously pure
The scene wherein they shoot the horse is amazing
This is the correct answer.
This is also the correct answer.
that this wasn't the OP or the first reply deeply upsets me
>complains about jew while watching films
stick to Birth of a Nation in your basement you dumb schmuck
I could not stop laughing.
The Naked Gun is the funniest movie ever made.
Kinda disappointed nobody has mentioned this
I have yet to laugh this hard at a movie ever since
>le hipster Sup Forums
I'm glad that Monty Python inspired alot of comedians but they're actual work is just not funny. I can picture you forcing yourself to laugh at the movie.
no it is not
Please tell me what the funniest movie ever made is.
My negroid.
This.
Hmmm.
These for sure. Ain't even memeing bro
zero point zero
Kung Fu Hustle
No, you're a fucking tard who evidently doesn't understand good comedy. Monty Python is gold, and there's no way they would have inspired a generation of comedians if there wasn't merit to their work.
>woman or gay trying to tell me what humor is
...
hot rod
My second favorite, next to
...
A lot of idiots get inspired by shit like Ernest goes to, 'or Madea films
So then by your logic those are good comedies?
Not for everybody though
Spaceballs
The jerk
Thankskilling
name a good comedy inspired by madea or the other one you named
>dude fuck lmao
KY
Pic related is way funnier to me than any comedy
That's not what you were talking about
You just said
>and there's no way they would have inspired a generation of comedians if there wasn't merit to their work.
Not good comedies...just "comedians". You're equating being inspired by something with quality comedy.
This is one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen in my life
full metal jacket
>doesn't like edgar wright
Must be an amerishart
Use actual arguments.
>house party at friend's house
>the wee hours of the morning everyone cabbaging on couches or went home
>stick on Saceballs
>"This is shit"
Tommy Boy
monty python inspired seth mcfarlane, Matt Stone & Trey Parker, and seth green among others, who are all (maybe not seth green?) beloved and successful comedians
I rescind my previous comment to say "monty python has inspired a generation of great comedy" which makes them undeniably great themselves, even discounting their actual skits
Superbad and Airplane! have the most consistently funny bits that hold up.
It's as good as it gets
>but Black Dynamite I sell drugs to the community!
Oh, Iiiiii'm
PICKING OUT A THERMOS FOR YOUUUUUU
NO ORDINARY THERMOS FOR YOUUUUUUU
Make me lol
t. redditor
Slap shot, amazon women on the moon!, how to get ahead in advertising, top secret, nice dreams, anything by python... i know i'm missing a few. What we do in shadows... after hours. Texas chainsaw 2! Burn her like a rat!
>kid, I LIKE you. there's things about me you wouldn't understand. things you couldn't understand. things you SHOULDN'T understand.
>deja-vuuuuu
>I'll see you in the promised land. ARRIVIDERCHE, BABY!
monty python - the tv show and the movies are dated as fuck and not funny. only neckbeards quote them.
that being said they did inspire others and that's why it's dated. we have to watch variety shows and comedies from the 60s/70s (their contemporaries) to truly understand why they were special.
LATRINE!
My man
I agree with this one. I like it more than Airplane! too because it was more racy.
Hot Shots! is another good one.
Unironically this
>Chicken and *waffles*????!!!
>THAT'S IT!!!!!!
>my mama said my daddy's name is Black Dynamite
>Hush up, li'l mama, a lotta people be havin' that name
Unironically this
Little Frankenstein is the best though
I don't see what's not funny about monty python and the holy grail, life of brian or any of their popular sketches
Life of Brian at the least is a great take on the period when christ lived
Ace Ventura one and two
Airplane
I’m gonna git you suck-a
Don’t drink you juice in south central
...
im gonna agree with that nigga. its like seinfeld. its not funny
>boo bait
no. its not funny. it was when it first showed, but now its cliched and shitty because everyone else has done what they did. like telling a yo momma joke. at one point it was fresh, now its literally the worst crap someone can come up with
Weakish third act (compared to the first two) but still fucking comedy gold.
The music was so fucking spot on too.
Except it's not good.
This might blow your pea brain, but... people find different things to be humorous.
Of course, I don't expect much thinking from a Monty Python fan.
>movies have le three acts
Learn something about film critique. Say "third third" if anything.
Freddy Got Fingered
Team America is up there
Airplane
that's the worst Monty Python movie
It just changes gear a little and parodies a different type of b movie at the time.
We get it, Americans can't python. Doesn't make your shit taste any less shit.
What's a funny movie that helps me with my depression?
>We get it, Americans can't python
no idea what you're talking about. americans are the people who overrate python the most. it's immensely popular in the states. i think you're just making shit up
>Simon mentions "Fred: The Movie"
>Mark instantly "Oh blimey..."
>you're one of those guys who tells anyone who'll listen, "yeah i used to stuff like that all the time with my friends when i was a kid it was even funnier than those dudes we were thinking about sending a demo to mtv shoulda done that heh i'd be rich and famous now"
>"but i prefer my life like this no really with the fat wife who won't even give me a handy once a month and the ugly screaming tweens who don't care about anything other than junk food and video games no i totally have the life i always wanted yeah being a culver's franchisee can really pay off man seriously"
