the ones from the 60s

How have you not seen them already? Fuck off pussy.

Amazon added a lot for Prime members and I've only seen Dr. No and From Russia With Love.

How can anyone have not seen them, do they not play them like ever three weeks anymore?

From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
Goldeneye
Casino Royale
Skyfall

Good list but I'd leave off Skyfall because it doesn't really feel like a Bond film. I'd say give some campy Rodger Moore a shot just to get a feel for it. Not sure which one though. The Spy Who Loved Me?

From Russia with love
OHMSS
Spy who loved me
Living Daylights
Licence to kill
Goldeneye

these are the best, fuck the Craig Bonds, even Casino felt off

>no Goldfinger
Explain.

The ones with Connery and Dalton

>What are the Bond movies that are worth watching?

Just watch the Connery ones. You can opt for Never Say Never Again but keep in mind it's basically a remake of Thunderball.

Dr. No
The Spy Who Loved Me
FRWL
Goldfinger
Goldeneye
Casino Royale
Quantum of Solace
Skyfall

I generally prefer more grounded Bonds. Goldfinger is pretty wacky with its henchman and overall plot. Spy who loved me did this but better paced. Also Connery is kind of wasted in these more silly movies

here's the key bond kinos to watch OP

Dr. No
From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
Live and Let Die
The Man with the Golden Gun
Living Daylights
License to Kill
Goldeneye
Tomorrow Never Dies
The World is Not Enough
Casino Royale
Quantam of Solace
Skyfall

No view to a kill no moonraker. Fucking faggots

shit taste kys

This.
Sure some are much better than others, but they're all definitely worth a watch.

Second this. I liked For Your Eyes Only as far as Moore's films go. Except that soundtrack is atrocious. The ski-chase scene is good stuff but the music is also the soundtrack to Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous so there's that. And the mountain climbing towards the end is pretty awesome. The ending always made me laugh because of all the trouble everybody was going through -- and for what?

>The Man with the Golden Gun
>Tomorrow Never Dies
>Quantum of Solace

Nigger...

All these dicksuckers, here's a real list:

From Russia with Love
Goldfinger
Thunderball
The Spy Who Loved Me
For Your Eyes Only
A View to a Kill
The Living Daylights
Licence to Kill
GoldenEye
Casino Royale
Skyfall

It's the most archetypical Bond movie ever though. The formula was perfected. Connery did a good job of reacting to the strong supporting characters in the movie.

This is a damn good list, but Skyfall has sort of soured on me. The Shanghai stuff is great though.

Good list except for Skyfall. I'll never understand why that movie gets so much love. The plot didnt make any sense at all, even compared to other Bond plots

If you're going to include this many you have to include Dr. No for set design alone.

they're all good, except the pierce brosnan and daniel craig ones, except goldeneye, tnd and casino royale

Eh, it laid the groundwork the silly Bond movies but I always enjoyed the darker ones. Too bad they never did more like From Russia with love: Actual interesting spy stories

Dr No
From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
You only live twice
On her majesty's secret service
The Spy who loved me
A view to a kill
The world is not enough
Casino Royale
Skyfall

>I'd leave off Skyfall because it doesn't really feel like a Bond film
The Bond films have a wide range of different "feels" to them. Implying that all Bond films have a common feel is disingenuous. If you don't like it, fine, but you can't tell me that Goldeneye and Dr. No have the same feel? Or The Living Daylights and Casino Royale? Part of what makes the series so good is that there are so many different movies to choose from and they're all at least somewhat unique so you can watch a bunch or all of them and not get bored.

at this point OP should probably just watch all of them

I see it as something of a sendoff movie for the series. It feels like a vague fever dream that doesn't really sort anything out but still has finality written over it. But I haven't bothered watching Spectre so that might be why.

Roger Moore was best Bond.

I'd have to agree with this. Just caught it on TV the other day and I gotta say, that underground train scene totally threw me. Other than that, I could roll with it. Shanghai stuff WAS/IS great.
Falling into water continuously and resurrection themes were cool. They all "died" at various points.

YES. I remember a quote from JFK saying that Ian Fleming totally nailed it with this book. That said, it's one of the few faithful adaptations to screen. ...so yeah. Also, From Russia With Love had Gypsy girl fights just for the sake of it. And the look on Connery's face is classic knowing full-well they're fighting brutally so they could be with him.

Yes it's definitely the odd one out for me. Family drama, a main character death, James acting like he's worn out (which isn't earned), and Craig has absolutely no fun in the role.

Just watch the Dalton ones.

>no chocolate assassin

U gay?

Spectre is better than skyfall.

Spectre is bad. Don't worry about it.

Tomorrow Never Dies
Austin Powers 1

Holy shit, no. Spectre is one of the worst Bonds in a while.

>Do you remember when your girlfriend Vesper Lynd drowned in Venice? Or the day you returned to your childhood home in Scotland with M? She was shot in the hip and died in your arms.

>What if every bad thing that happened to you was orchestrated by one person?

bro tier patrician detected

>dalton
>best bond
>worst franchises

honourable mention lazenbury ... he needed a second shot

>It was MEME, James! MEEEMMMEEEE

>needs more cowbell
heh.

The funny thing is that Dalton was approached to play Bond multiple times and would've played him another time if it wasn't for the lawsuit in the early 90s.

Not to mention that catchy song.

great list, i'd put dr. no in there though

I also loved the scene where he kicked the car off the cliff. One of the most satisfying death scenes in the whole series

My list:

Dr. No
From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
The Spy Who Loved Me
For Your Eyes Only
The Living Daylights
License to Kill
Goldeneye
Tomorrow Never Dies
Casino Royale

every single one of them.

easily the worst bond movie, and that's saying something, even with counting non-eon films.

because people love shitting on that cgi scene when the rest of the movie is the same as any brosnan movie. For some reason people only remember that stupid cgi scene and not great bond villian, great bond girls etc

I'd leave Skyfall off simply because it's shit.

>The Spy Who Loved Me
