I miss Screen Savers on Tech TV, and Anime Unleashed.
Oh, I should add: My favorite classic show was by far Portal, I largely blame it for my decade long battle with MMO addiction. The best late-stage G4 show was without a doubt Attack of the Show, the Kevin/Sara/Candice trifecta was GOAT.
Cinematech was extremely comfy as well.

Because they failed to see the rise of youtube and twitch as viable platforms and stayed on cable television and didn't expand to new media. Those things eventually made G4 redundant.
Some of the biggest channels on youtube are purely tech based where they go into detail about a single device for a full video. G4/Tech TV could have had this whole market, and video games too, all to themselves if they were smart enough to see that far ahead.

Used to watch Cheat even when I didn't own the game. It was comfy as fuck, and I used to jerk off to the legendary legs herself.
Xplay was awesome before they got that new set and became boring.
AOTS was never something I could watch every night. I'd watch for a few mins, enjoy it, then turn it off.
Cinematech was good, but boring if it was shitty games featured.
Code Monkeys was probably the last thing I watched on the channel before I stopped watching tv altogether. They started doing reruns of utter shitty content. They deserve to have failed, but it's too bad because the people on the shows themselves were good and fun. I don't know what fat cat fucked the channel into the ground.

God Attack of the Show was awful. It was sort of okay when Sarah Lane, Martin Sargent were still around. Then that asshole Kevin came on, and they got Olivia, and were catering to the teen boy demographic which so fucking annoying and lame.
Then, they got rid of Olivia and brought on even worse bitches who knew and cared less than she did. G4 was pretty awful. Tech TV was good though.
