doesn't matter of the abomination has an ass, Conan will kick it

Fuuuck, has Army of Darkness crossed over with Conan yet? They should totally do that shit.

Hellboy for sure

Schwarzeneggar Conan or the more regular Conan?

Marvel Zombies/Army Of Darkness confirmed the Necronomicon could open portals through realities. Porque no los dos?

>Ash has to chase the necronomicon through multiple realities.
>In each of them he meets a version of Conan, who is fighting deadites.
>Conan decides to follow Ash to kill more deadites. They pissed him off or something.
>By issue five Ash is in the van of an army of angry Conans. They fight deadite Cthulhu.
>Cthulhu kills 1d6 Conans by round, but enough Conans eventually kill Cthulhu.
>Ash grabs the book, sends the survivng Conans to their home Earths. Gets back to his dimension to discover his Conan died, thus some other eldritch abomination was not killed properly in hyborean times and he has to kill it now.

I would read it.

...

>Conan, what is best in life?
>Well Conan, I will tell you!
Meanwhile Ash is like
>fuuuuuck they're singing again...

>Every Conan Ash recruits is a variation of another form of media.
>Anime Conan, Porn parody Conan, Black and white took Conan, Disney princess Conan.
>Every time they encounter one Ash just wants to ditch them, but before he can tell them to fuck off one of the Conans invites him anyway.
>There's an ongoing joke about how no one can understand Arnold Conan.

This needs to happen.

I was thinking Army of Darkness, but he get's transported further back in time to the hyperborian age.

just Hyborian
>They go to a universe where Conan is a boy detective in Japan
>"Nope, your staying here, I stop after picking up talkshow host Conan"

A LOT.

Hell, Godzilla and Buffy the Vampire Slayer have Lovecraft ties.

I am not kidding.

In the Novel, "Godzilla at Worlds End" we have a brief appearance by an expedition from . . . Miskatonic University. Also, it has ancient bio-weapons (Gigan, Megalon, Batra, Biollante, Manda, and Hedora) released from Antarctica that were created by the technology of, effectively, the Elder Things.

And one of the Buffy tie in novels, "Night of the Living Re-Run" features the Lovecraftian tomb The Book of Eibon. Also, "Necronomicon de Muerte" is Referenced in Angel in its fifth season.

Aside from all the talk of the Old Ones that happens in those shows.

Bump

Dang, I don't think they have yet.

Real Ghostbusters.

"Tome", not "tomb"

Talk host Conan

Sup Forumsnan

This book.

It was late, and I was tired. that's my only excuse.

God I love that show. . .

While there's heavy lovecraftian elements, unlike many Mignola created his own 'old gods' and mythos instead of just copy and pasting Lovecraft's.

jason vorhees has lovecraft connections through evil dead
in one the movies the necronomicon is shown inside jasons mothers room, she appearantly used it to try and revive him, but its all cameo stuff nothing actually confirmed

So, the main Dynamite Entertainment Army of Darkness comics take place in a reality called Earth-818793. On this Earth, there is a version of Red Sonja (for those of you who don't know, is a spin-off of Conan) who has met Ash before. I don't know if there is a version of Conan on Earth-818793 since his comic rights are with Dark Horse now, but it wouldn't be impossible for Dark Horse and Dynamite to collaborate since Dynamite is well known for it's crossovers with other companies.

This was later expanded on in Freddy vs Jason vs Ash comics, where its explained that Pamela Voorhees brought her son back through the text of the Necronomicon, making Jason a Deadite, same as Freddy Krueger, who gains his power through the possession of the Dream Demons.

That could be the begginging of the story, followed by the multiverse hopping shenanigans.

Is there anything that doesnt go well with Lovecraft lore?

He did? I remember a Xena crossover and a Vampirella crossover, but not a Red Sonja one. It is worth noting though that there was a crossover with Vampirella, ReAnimator (who previously crossed over with Army of Darkness, Red Sonja, and Sherlock Holmes. So we can safely assume Dynamite is an expanded universe.

Ash was in "Prophecy", the crossover where Dracula, Re-Animator, Vampirella and Red Sonja (and a shitton of others in brief cameos) teamed-up, but he didn't show up until late in the series.

I think there was a Rocketeer comic at IDW that had Lovecraft connection but I can't remember what.

In the 1990's Doc Savage comics published by Millennium, I think they made reference to Philip Jose Farmer's idea that William Harper Littlejohn aka Johnny teaches at Miskatonic University, and in another issue also makes reference to the Rocketeer (and Savage being the one to create the rocket pack).

Okay, so the last Sup Forums related thing you consumed has a lovecraft episode/issue/story/whatever.
How does it turn out?

What if the last thing I read already did?

Well, now it has double the amount of lovecraftism.

Now I'm sad that we'll never get this.

Fuck the crossover, I want an ongoing called "The Misadventures of Ash and his many Conans".

...

X-Files

Kek arkham?

I don't think so, but they should.

I should get that Godzilla novel at some point

There's also a Rocketeer prose book with a connection, don't remember the title.

The original Shuma Gorath Saga was a ride.
Would recommend if I knew the Strange Tales issues.

Ulysses Bloodstone and by extension Elsa, possibly (depends on whether the original miniseries is canonical).

From Batman/Hellboy/Starman

It was in Jason Goes to Hell.

They also make a reference to "The Crate" from Creepshow, too.

Mystery Incorporated ended with the the gang heading off on a cross country road trip after they all got accepted to Miskatonic University.

God, Mystery Incorporated was great.

Regular, but Ash expects him to be Arnold.
