>‘Wonder Woman’: Gal Gadot on Creating a Superhero That Young Girls Can Admire ebcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:sTLBRB9mhRgJ:collider.com/wonder-woman-steve-trevor-scene-description/
There's none. Just enjoy the trainwreck's explosions.
Gavin Lewis
These films will all become cult classics in the future. I approve that DC is doubling down on doing something different, and can't wait to see how it plays out.
Luis Flores
>These films will all become cult classics in the future
Says the increasingly nervous DC fan for the 47th time this week.
Nathaniel Bennett
>can't wait to see how it plays out.
Joshua Harris
"cult classics" in the same way Batman Returns and the Schumacher films are "cult classics"
Hudson Martin
So trainwreck confirmed? At least something is guaranteed to be entertaining.
The fallout and reaction on Sup Forums
Jeremiah Howard
I like how OP posted literally nothing negative but virtually all the replies are negative
We can do it, just a little longer
The anti-hype cannot be stopped
They have sown the wind and now they reap the whirlwind
Jace Williams
I'm sorry OP, any time I see or hear anything related to this movie all I can think of is the trailer shot where Gal's eyes are fixed on the camera instead of the arrow flying by and they didn't bother to reshoot the scene or even just fix it in post
I am thinking more like Hammer's Dracula films are 'cult' classics.
Not actually a DC fan, but I am happy that DC isn't just following Marvel's formula. I applaud them for taking chances, even if many aspects of the film don't work.
Perhaps, if there was a character more powerful than a locomotive, this fate could be avoided.
Carson Hughes
>Nobody even remembers or talks about 95% of Marvel's old stuff >Meanwhile we're still talking about MoS and BvS as passionately as ever
Kevin Nelson
>Nobody even remembers or talks about 95% of Marvel's old stuff Yep, nobody, even though millions more people are more excited for the sequels to GOTG and Thor rather than the DCEU shitheaps.
Jeremiah Peterson
>every thread makes fun of Snyder, the clusterfuck that is the DCEU, and Snyder fanboys >SEE WE'RE STILL DISCUSSING IT hue
Benjamin Hughes
>I am thinking more like Hammer's Dracula films are 'cult' classics. But at least 3 of those are genuinely good films.
Jonathan Cox
>WE R ANONIMUS WE R LEEJUN What does it feel like to be 12?
Samuel Clark
I think that Batman V. Superman Directors Cut is a genuinely great film. Time will be kind to it. Of course I liked Ang Lee's Hulk, so what do I know about taste?
Matthew Hughes
EVEN Suicide Squad, a movie that tried to copy the Marvel formula and failed horribly, is more talked about than Marvel's old stuff
just goes to show you what being the worst fucking movies ever made can do
Grayson Kelly
And two months later they're complete forgotten.
Kayden Clark
>EVEN Suicide Squad, a movie that tried to copy the Marvel formula while earning an Oscar and making more money and social impact than most Marvel movies, inclding Ant-man, Dr. Strange, Thor.
College girls like Harley Quinn while manchildren like Baby Groot, Rocket Racoon, Starlord.
I can live with that.
Adrian Campbell
Flavor of the month, yes the movies make money but nobody besides children cares about the Avengers.
While adults still talk about Batman, Suicide Squad, Man of Steel, Batman v Superman etc.
Nice try marvel shill
Austin Scott
>Robin Wright >implying it's not her virtual imprint repurposed again
Kevin Ramirez
I really can't watch that thing. Her facial expression is so appaling and off-putting, I can't even properly describe how without resorting to lovecraftian unnatural angles and blasphemous surfaces.
Anthony James
House of Cards got weird
Logan Scott
Don't worry. It'll win best makeup/costume design for 2018.
Lucas Wood
Especially the animated bits.
Owen Williams
WonderFu
Hudson Moore

Angel Collins
>Richard Donner's Superman had a huge effect on her when she was a kid
Wow, and with Gal Gadot you think you will achieve anything at this level?
How embarrassing would it be for DC when Logan, Spider-Man, GotG2 AND Thor 3 make more than Wonder Woman?
Like the biggest female DC superheroine and 3rd most popular DC character to get outdone by all the aforementioned movies. They must be squirming over there and are desperate for any good press.
The need to cancel and reboot the series.
Thomas Reed
No.
Kevin Garcia
>I need Wonder Woman to be good, and truly think it will be. Sure sounds more like wish fulfillment than rational analysis of what she actually saw.
Aaron Butler
Ugh, that movie... Watched it in a sneak preview. Had its moments, but whenever skeleton was doing anything, I could barely bear it. And the worst thing was, I am not even american. I watched a dub and I could tell THROUGH THE DUB that she can't act at all.
Liam Gonzalez
>reboot fuck off no one wants to see these characters again
DC is dead leave it to rot
Daniel Collins
>I watched a dub and I could tell THROUGH THE DUB that she can't act at all.
What is it about Sup Forums that attracts people with too many issues with women?
They want to fuck everything that movies but they usually shit on everything that has a female lead
Jaxson Myers
Look at her. If you've ever seen a high school play, you've seen the exact same degree of thespian capacity.
Dylan Cooper
Wonder Woman will get more awards than Gotg2 and thor 2 and it will be way better since Redditors of the Galaxy and Can't act Ragnarok will be shit popcorn flicks.
While Wonder Woman will be introducing the new gods to the DCEU, badass!
Austin Cook
Get ready for Batman with a new actor 3 years after JL underperforms and the DCEU is sent into the trash, just like the TASMverse.
Ian James
user in no way implied that he has issues with women. You might though.
Justin Nguyen
This Killer Croc deserved a better movie. Killer Croc in general deserves a better everything.
Oliver Thomas
Excuse me. I seem to have noticed you speaking on my behalf. While I do appreciate the initiative to do so, I actually would be very interested in seeing more of these characters. I'm simply not a fan of these versions of them. Thank you again though for your willingness to try to be helpful.
Josiah Cooper
>While Wonder Woman will be introducing the new god Has that been confirmed, or are you assuming their going with a take like BAzz did with New 52 Wonder Woman?
Adrian Ward
WB will pay Nolan all their gold to come back
Bale, Hathaway, Oldman, My Cocaine and JGL will return
Bruce and Selina have a young daughter Helena, chasing after that X-23 money
Goyer will still write
Juan Baker
>You might though.
I have issues with woman not getting away after I'm done with them but beyond that I'm ok.
That other user shitting on someones acting watching a DUBBED movie, now that's some serious autism, he probably gets angry when a woman dates a black man too I bet.
Brayden Evans
Fuck you, you twat.
Gavin Jones
You would have to be a casual to not see that the movie is going into that direction, specially since Darkseid is already around, Highfather will be in the movie. Screencap this.
Dylan Jackson
Ironically enough, you're the autist if you can't tell someone has an unnatural body language. I could tell Hayden Christiansen was a bad actor even when he was dubbed AND wearing a mask.
Not sure why you're trying to make it about some dumb unrelated shit.
Nathaniel Thomas
God bless you!
Ethan Cooper
Every time I see that still it looks like she's riding an exercise bike in a rainstorm and I wat.
Leo Butler
kek
Tyler Russell
>Ironically enough, you're the autist if you can't tell someone has an unnatural body language. That's not what the user said, it was more like ''lol she sucks even with dubs'' shitposting.
I bet that he posts about cucks and the word kino and you too.
Eli Hall
>"Hold on everyone! Gotta burn off that Double Down I had earlier!"
Charles Sullivan
>"She has a heart of a human being, powers of a goddess, and a very wise brain"
This sounds more like she's describing what Diana collects in a set of jars than character traits.
Jack Turner
So all the leaks were confirmed
It's shit
Aiden Butler
>It's like Donner! It's fun and hopeful and warm and joyful! >Reports have people actually finding it strange how she's supposedly about peace and love while slaughtering dozens of german troops
David Cruz
Okay. Here you are. Personally I had always hoped that Wonder Woman would be where they introduced them, but I actually liked the idea of Mentor Ares being who Diana would need to fight, and having his fomenting of War be a defensive tactic to prepare for the emergence of New Gods. Were that the case, Ares telling her about them would have been the tease at the end of the first Wonder Woman, and that would be why she approached Superman and Batman and had in interest in the gathering of the Justice League. The pay off would either be a fight against Darkseid in Justice League, or maybe a further exploration of the NGs in the WW sequel. As it is, I expect that we'll get more DS tease in JL, but the movie will be let's get the MacGuffins, and stop the other bad guy who is also trying to get them which will be Steppenwolf. Then again, it is the DCEU though, so assuming there will be 3 movies worth of content crammed into one is a safe assumption on your part.
Noah Torres
Refer to my last two digits for the final RT score.
Levi Cooper
Germans don't count.
Luke Thomas
>Batman asks Diana if she wants to help him form Justice League >She replies with an email telling the origin of mankind
Brayden Thompson
DC does it again.
Lincoln Fisher
optimist, are we?
William Williams
We could have gotten this over with nearly a decade ago with George Miller.
Brandon Cook
This. The reports from the test screening also say the tone is pretty much like MoS. Donner my ass. They certainly just showed Collider a couple little scenes with some levity to get some shilling.
Luke Bennett
>white Fish Moony
David Foster
I actually had hope. Why can't my favorite superheroes have good movies god damn it?
Christopher Carter
because you're an idiot who likes shitty superheroes from shitty companies
Jack Williams
Would George Miller's JLA have been good? Who knows.
But it wouldn't have been as bad as the DCEU for sure.
Leo Gonzalez
^nigga please
Robert Wilson
DC has had maybe 3 good movies since they started making them
it would've been shit
Lincoln Scott
>>Reports have people actually finding it strange how she's supposedly about peace and love while slaughtering dozens of german troops
That's just part of the PC police ''every cape movie has to be aimed at children''
Captain American also killed nazis with guns and nobody said shit and that shit makes sense for BOTH characters.
anti DC bias, pro Marvel bias, I'm piseed that WW will come out way earlier than Captain Marvel bias, whatever, something is up against DC in general so that kind of statements should be taken with a graint of salt.
If that's the only negative complain then the movie should be fine.
Owen Anderson
>anti-hype DCEU haters confirmed for Darkseid's minions.
David Young

28 posters 74 replies.
Shill posters at full force on the DC threads like usual. Get laid losers.

Captain America isn't being droned endlessly as being a paragon of love and compassion.

>GADOT: First of all, she doesn’t see that difference between any gender difference. It’s not even an issue, you know. She comes from this world where men and women are equal and it’s not a thing to be a man or to be a woman.
she really is stoopid
Caleb Jenkins
wow look how fierce she looks. Those are the eyes of someone going to war.
Jacob Perry
>Captain America isn't being droned endlessly as being a paragon of love and compassion.
Exactly, nobody talks about Captain America at all, while even art teacher wants to see Wonder Woman and she hates all capes movies, hollywood movies in general too.
Marvel is shitting themselves about DC getting the female audience. I mean Harley Quinn and the Joker alone made more money than most MCU movies
Noah Price
And yet fans defend the DCEU with great fervor while if you point out the flaws in the MCU the replies are "who cares" and "so what we never said they were masterpieces." Basically everyone knows the MCU is trash but likes it anyone. DCEU fans have higher standards.
Elijah Adams
They wiped out any hint of expression when they used the surface blur on photoshop
Daniel Martinez
Nice deflection.
Robert Kelly
is her neck broken?
Oliver Murphy
>hasn't read the thread It's just one mad mouse making 50 replies in every DC thread.
Logan Martin
I don't. Stop getting mad at nothing you autist.
Jose Miller
My doorman is blind but still wants to see the final Avengers movie.
Checkmate, WB.
Tyler Scott
As a matter of fact I was mainly referring to her mimic. Which is independent from the language. And with all this implying I get the impression you are projecting A LOT.
Aaron Sanders
This is going to be another Ghostbusters shit storm isn't it?
Samuel Russell
Why does her forehead slope like that?
Ethan Brooks
The problem is She is not a pro Would respect her if she gained more body and created a Diana/Wondy in the same way that Reeve did with the Super/Clark
She is not a pro She doesn't deserve any respect
Cameron Morris
Did they show nazis at all?
Jackson Long
Jew.
Daniel Cook
Reposting (confirmed) leaks.
>Movie begins on present day with Diana living in Paris. She gets a letter from Bruce Wayne asking her to join his team and writes him a lenghty e-mail with her life story, which is the framing device of the movie.
>Basically, Zeus creates humanity, Ares gets butthurt and corrupts them with the concept of war, which makes him the strongest god. Zeus creates the Amazons to spread peace, Ares gets double butthurt and enslaves them. Zeus frees them and creates Themyscira, but is then murdered by Ares. Amazons swear off on humanity.
>It's World War I, and Steve Trevor steals a notebook that the Germans have been using to create chemical weapons and flees on a stolen airplane. The Germans catch up to him and both end up in Themyscira. The Amazons kill the Germans and arrest Trevor. He says he's trying to stop the war and shows them the book. Diana deduces Ares is behind the war. The amazons don't want to get involved so Diana volunteers to escort Trevor back to Men's World and stop Ares. Diana steals the Godkiller sword to do so.
>Diana befriends Steve's secretary Etta Candy and Steve convinces his superiors that the Germans are creating chemical weapons and is sent to stop them. He assembles a team that includes Diana and Etta as well as comic relief actor con man Charlie, played by Ewem Bremner; Indian sniper Sameer, played by Saiid Taghmaoui, and a Native-American smuggler Chief, played by Eugene Brave Rock. They are completely useless. They meet up with a wimpy diplomat, Richard Morton, played by David Thewlis. Etta herself doesn't do much over than give Diana a makeover and help scout out some Germans.
