I think we can all agree that this was unironically the movie of the year

Best movie with the worst ending.
how bad are the child actors looks like oscar bait to me?
watched Happy End and it was shit aswell
>Oscar bait
>low-budget indie flick about white trash
Stop being retarded.
is this Baby Driver?
>exploiting lower class people to pat yourself on the back
Sounds like Oscar bait to me
Then you don't know what the term means.
looks like degenerate trash. won't be watching it and i hope everyone involved gets cancer and dies within a year
This
Looks really dull, why can't seppos make good films?
Based Ruskies saves the film industry yet again.youtube.com
total shit movie, only american retards will like it
also the director came to the theatre during the projection, he's retarded
This pic reminded me what a good movie Tangerine was.
They don't really act, they behave how you would expect they behave in real life. The movie in general is pretty disgusting, some of the shit they do that's played off as "cute" is just horrible. Pretty much bad parenting: the movie, but somehow it's a good thing that the movie isn't judgemental about it.
Is it as good as everyone is saying?
Doesn't come out here until the end of this month and I'm pretty excited. I don't know why but I've always enjoyed movies about white trash/low class America, like American Honey, Kids, Gummo etc.
If I enjoyed those, do you think I'll like this?
My favorite movie this year is Good Time
Thanks for listening
Is it too exploitative or not? I don't like it when movies just make fun of poor, trashy people just to be mean.
Torrent when?
Not even the best pedo film
It's fun, you will probably like it
It's not really making fun of them, it's more laughing with them. And by them I just mean the kids.
Beach Rats is great. Similar to Moonlight but more grounded
Dude's previous film was about meth-smoking trans prostitutes and that was one wasn't exploitative or felt like it was looking down on them, why would this one be different?
This movie was stellar but the hype COMPLETELY died since the wide audience release.
The Oscars are gonna be weird as fuck this year. So many movies came out or hit the festivals and made huge splashes for a month and then completely disappeared. Remember when critics were talking about Dunkirk for Oscars? Seems like a decade ago. This year is either going to (A) Ladybird or (B) Shape of the Water, if Shape of the Water actually delivers on the hype.
i still need to see ladybird
im not a huge saorise fan but greta gerwig is my wife
>we can all agree
How a Jew starts an argument
It was favorite of the year. Wasn't expecting much but ended up loving it.
Dunkirk will have a re-release probably
fuck, almost forgot about this
