I've been re-watching the British version which I watched years ago when it first came out
It's so much better, you actually see the development of his work, whereas the US version is just a make-over show in restaurants
A bad restaurant in the U.K. Version is filled with trained chefs who are failing because their menu is just to 1990s and failing to market to the area well
The us version is a filthy restaurant which shit everywhere with camera cuts and that annoying music
