If Batman had Superman's powers and he went against Superman, who would win?

If Batman had Superman's powers and he went against Superman, who would win?

batfags' sense of superiority

Superman gives him a whoppin' but then check this out: Batman reveals that he knew Superman would be a more experienced fighter, so he had used Superman's super powers to travel back in time and learn how to Superman, and he was actually prepared to fight Superman all along. It's implied that if Batman truly had Superman's powers, Batman would have gained an even better mastery of them, but of course then afterward he just goes back to being Batman

But Supes isn't more experienced. He's spent an entire lifetime throwing people into the sun, not training in martial arts.

But this is a "I'm so fucking high right now" thread, so who cares.

Actually superman knows martial arts.

I don't care user. After 30 years I just don't care anymore. Maybe read a comic about someone other than Batman for once OP.

>not knowing Karate Kid taught him a few things

>Believing Karate Kid could tach someone to use his superpowers just because he believes it's martial arts
C'mon people.

>Family Guy jokes
You're disgusting

Didn't Wildcat teach him how to box? Or am I a few reboots behind?

On the one hand Batman's smarter.

On the other Superman has been using those powers for a lot longer.

The fight goes like this:

Batman already proved before that his paranoid mind and his proud behavior do not go well with Super Powers, this combination made him go crazy in the past and it will do so too now, since he lack the mental fortitude to control them entirely (instead the Super Powers kinda control him). At some point he will be at odds with the League or just with Superman, which will be the catalyst of the confrontation.

Since both have super powers now, Superman might want to take it easy and not start a fight in the middle of Gotham. So he will try to talk Batman out of this nonsense.

Batman could try to use any of his plans to defeat him, but Superman knows better than to simply go to the man's cave unprepared, specially now. Just in case, he has the Superbots do a minor scan of the area, they can handle anything involving kryptonite or red solar radiation for him. The thing is, Batman wont do that, last time he had superman like powers he pretty much tossed all his gadgets and relied entirely on them (that and he "slept" like a real bat, sulking in the darkness of his cave).

After the bots don't detect anything, he goes in. He finds Batman sleeping upside down. He tries to talk to him, Batman answers something about responsibility and how he should do everything he can to protect the people, without realizing that this is making him go absolutely insane (just like it was said before, lack of mental fortitude to handle them).

Superman tells him that he needs to calm down and learn to control them, not the other way around, otherwise he will go crazy. One can’t always be so single-minded.

Batman doesn't like it one bit. They exchange punches, with Batman actually initiating the confrontation since his state of mind is very delicate at the moment.

The ground fight is tough, Batman has the advantage in the hand to hand department, using mostly throws, punches and kicks, but trying not to use chokes or locks, since Superman knows martial arts too he can prevent them form happening and since he has other skills that no normal human has (like heat vision) he can just laser Batman from close proximity (Zod and Superman proved in the past that the heat vision can be painful to Kryptonians and that's all you need to lose a lock or a choke, by simply looking at any part of Batman's body he can cause an inconvenience that allows him to release himself from this type of techniques). The ground fight would be brutal for Clark, but nothing he haven't face before, he takes it and when he sees he is in disadvantage, he takes the fight up, up and away).

I forgot that Batman/superman did this actual idea. That was such a good comic.

Now the roles are inversed. Batman has no experience in aerial combat, most of his techniques are not very useful at all and he is not used to a 360 degree battle in which the attacks can come from any angle and position. Superman is just overwhelming him with how versatile he is at using this powers, after all he had a lot more experience with them. He gets hit multiple times from a barrage of punches that come from everywhere and some of them are actual pressure point hits that are either paralyzing him or really hurt him. Batman maybe could have counter him on the ground, in an scenario that he is more familiar, but here he is getting beat and he knows it. He tries to concentrate and after getting punched several times, he manages to get on Superman's level.

Batman recovers from the damage of the Pressure Points (thanks to his new physiology). Then things get more even.

Batman decides to tap into his powers too, use heat vision, freeze breath and such (since he now has Superman's Powers too), but he is not nearly as good as his opponent, so instead of copying what Supes does, he adapts and use them more like a distraction, then proceed to use hit and run tactics (theatricality along side the shadows and other parts of the scenario to apply his fighting style). Superman gets hit several times and realizes that this could get ugly. He needs to get him out of here and into a place where this tactic just isn't viable. He needs to take him to space.

Superman can find Batman, before he didn't have time to react, but a combination of the Theta State and his X Ray vision allows him to detect Batman. Without a place to hide at superspeed anymore, Superman intercepts the new attack and proceeds to go to the atmosphere of the planet.

It's here where Batman can't hold his "ground" anymore.

Why don't normies realize how horrible of a person Batman is?

Who's the writer?

Didnt Batman defeat the entire Justice League in this comic when he had those powers?

why is he horriable

Batman is getting hit harder than before, he is being pushed into planets and moons and far away from Earth.

A couple of Infinite Mass Punches to the face and he feels like he is about to puke. Since this is not a super power but a fighting technique, Batman cannot copy it due to inexperience and lacking the knowledge (the IFMP can be mastered with practice and super speed, but since Batman isn't thinking in anything but being a vigilante, he never really thinks about things like improving his skills).

Superman proceeds to literally toss Batman like ragdoll around the star systems, being careful of not involving (or destroying) any of them that has life or Blue/Yellow Stars. Batman just isn't used to this level of intensity and suffers a Sensory overload (he already suffered this on Earth, being in a FTL fight across other planets and civilizations would do him a lot worse).

Bugs Bunny.

In an unprecedented swerve, Superman uses Kryptonite on him.

Once they are as far away as possible from Earth, Superman manages to knock him out by depleting Batman's solar reserves (since he seems to run away from the sun and stay in the shadows or go to countries where it's at night as show before, this means he has less solar energy stored inside him than Superman).

Superman just sights glad that Batman doesn't know how to break time and space or how to use the "Song" to tap into the "music" of the multiverse.

The consequences of this battle could be varied depending on how Bat's got the powers in the first place. Maybe something similar to SuperBats 56 could happen and magic just erase his powers away.

Could be useful. If Superman is wearing an armor, he might not have a reason to fear the Kryptonite and therefore put him in an advantageous situation against Batman.

Batman went crazy because of the amulet, not the powers. Don't misrepresent the story, user.

"Call it a curse, call it magic. I call them excuses" Batman himself. Magic or not, he is not fit for them and he knows it.

Hate to break it to ya, but Batman's real superpower is prep time

i believe so, but its that sorta thing where if a character is as strong as supes, they don't need to know a fighting style.

you see darkseid or mongel use a fighting style other than "clobbeh dat dere supes"?

...

>Actually superman knows martial arts.
Yes. But not on a Batman level

reminds me the pok'emon comic

People say that Superman is too far removed from people with his powers, but look at batman. Batman doesn't want to be a human, he wants to be a force of nature, to leave behind everything that makes him human in an attempt to make the world in his image.

He would literally go full on Injustice on planet earth.

Yeah but nearly all of Batman's muscle memories and training would be working against him here.

The MA and fighting that Batman is skilled in would be a totally different style to what a fight with Superpowers - particularly flight - would dictate. Body slams become pointless when the head you are smashing into the ground is harder than the ground. Keeping your centre of gravity under control, you balance, and your feet firm, braced etc all change too. With MA you use the ground to brace, or your kicks/punches have much less power. With power, thats instead done by your "flight"

Zod was supposedly a trained soldier, that didn't saved his ass from necksnap.

>The MA and fighting that Batman is skilled in would be a totally different style to what a fight with Superpowers

Batman is way more adaptable than what you think. The guy is pure natural talent

if in a brawl, prolly superman since he has more experience with the powers, think having a better mind-muscle connection

if batman pulled the same shit and prepping he normally does and had superman's powers he destroys supes

Superman spent a thousand years fighting demons in Valhalla, his experience makes Batman look like a child.

>Omega Sanction
That was pre-Flashpiont, that Batman is gone.

Superman, he has more experience.

Way to not know anything about Superman kiddo.

Bat-Fanboys in a nutshell. Superman rarely throws anything into the Sun. What you people either never realize or choose to ignore is that Superman knows how to fight. He is actually one of the best martial artists on Earth.

>He would literally go full on Injustice on planet earth.
We've seen this at least once before

Batman would thrash his ass

Hhahahahaha no.

You are delusional. Superman is a competent fighter, Bruce is a natural born freak.

Yeah hes not fit to break a magic curse by himself. If he did, youd just call him a Mary Sue.
