Obscure villains story time - Polka dot edition

Come in and escape the shitflinging of the recent spiderman trailer, and hide from the masses of Samurai Jack threads to enjoy so good old comics featuring obscure villains.

I'm happy to take requests from DC, Marvel and 2000AD, permitted i have a torrent for them.

As always a (you) and some conversation makes story timing a lot more fun.

old thread here with Magpie and Lord Death Man

...

Oh boy, the story i resquested just when I'm about to leave to play billiard, hopefully this is here when i come back

...

enjoy your game user

How would you go about bringing Polka Dot man into the modern continuity of comics?

...

...

I love these Silver-Age villains and their out-landish superpowers.

its entertaining to think some of these guys could be black manta or bane-tier threats if they were still around today

Hey, I'm literally writing a story with Polka-Dot Man as a main character, holy coincidence, Batman!

...

And that was Polka-Dot Man, ill be back in a bit with some more goodness and then afterwards ill take some reqeusts

oh hey, give us some details user

In Silver Age comics I can't help but picture Dietrich Bader as Batman and Casey Kasem as Robin.

It's a short fiction exercise. It's a take on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia with obscure Batman villains as the main characters. It's also practice for writing TV scripts.

>tfw no book from the point of view of obscure villains
I'd be down with even a miniseries based around obscure or joke villains trying to commit crimes only for it to end with them getting captured by Batman again.
Basically, I'm saying great idea user.

>comic teaches you some Braille
That's genuinely cool!

Have you met his wife/partner in crime The Pinstripe Perloiner?

sounds good user who are the other villains and which one is danny DeVito

if it counts i'm working on a Suicide Squad fan comic that has magpie, KGBeast, Black Spider and Killer Moth as main characters at the moment

Theres also Superior Foes which is pretty good, although its spiderman

kek

a lot of these comics in the era were surprisingly educational teaching kids shit like basic mathmatics and riddles

Bump for spots.

They had to be to deter accusations of being trashy time-wasters.

afraid to say that some problems at home have cropped up so i wont be doing anymore tonight.

Tomorrow i'll be doing the first Reaper story, Batman: Year Two followed by its sequel

Looking forward to it

Bump.

>Sweet Dee = Magpie
>Dennis = Puppeteer
>Charlie = Rat-Catcher
>Mac = Polka-Dot Man
And of course, Frank is the Penguin, based on his Batman Returns incarnation.

Bump, I'll read this later

I'd like to request a story time of all the appearances of the Penny Plunderer.

Well got that shit done quicker then i thought so how bout one more short story

Rat Catcher, i literally just finished doodling that guy.

cool, hope you enjoy

I'm afraid i dont own that, think he was in worlds finest which i cant find an uncorrupted torrent for.

...

Dare I ask who is the hand in the lake?

[insert jojo reference about how he's standing on the 3rd panel]

Holy shit i didnt, what was it?

good art man, dig the way you do orca.

i think it was just a random monster

>Holy shit i didnt, what was it?
Bats stand on statue which looks like Grim Reaper

How convenient that sign is facing directly to B&R

I did, thank you

Now this is broken

"Scientific toys" I bet is one of those old chemstry kits that came with actual radium

>Robin doesn't know the flag of japan

Same powers but the dots are stickied to his skin

Okay, a message in braille wriiten with the left hand is too outlandish

I knew this was the answer but i tought it was too dumb to be truth

So this guy has the same powers as Polka Dot but a different gimmick
