Not beat all of Superman but most of them. Goku is a FTL fighter with punches that have enough energy to destroy galaxies. Goku could eventually beat Superman. Saiyans get stronger the closer to defeat they are. Superman is very powerful but not unstoppable. He and Goku can go toe to toe for some time but I believe eventually Goku will get the upper hand.

Question for everyone bringing up Goku's universe busting feet: In Dragon Ball Whatever, damn near anything can be blown up with ease. Moon? Roshi in the first tournament popped that. Planet? Saiyan Saga Vegeta pops one.
So why is busting a universe such a big deal there, especially since it's implied neither Goku nor Beerus would survive the incident? Seems to me that everything is just way the hell more fragile there.

Kryptonite is a rare substance that isn't just laying around. Batman first received it from Superman himself. You'd have to spend millions to get a small piece, and there's no way Chi Chi would even let him near the money.
