Movie flopped, so they have to cash a lot in DVD/BD sales. H.Ford is still big worldwide draw (Indiana Jones, SW, etc etc) so they had to slap him in. Same reason why they slapped pyramids on "The Mummy" cover, even tho they show up for 1 short shot by the end and mostly takes place in London.

most of them are shit these days. they are always these dramatic background ambient lighting with neon lasers or explosions in the back and cars and scenes from the movie and then big ass poses of the actors pasted over the top of it sometimes with random proportions compared to each other
