It looks like the mystery will finally be over

It looks like the mystery will finally be over...

Wow, I bet it'll be great. Real great stuff that everyone reads and goes "Wowee this is really good, wow I sure love comics" and definitely not some pandering nonsense.

What exactly am I looking at?

THE HOUSE OF IDEAS!

reminder that this is the new state of Sup Forums

OBVIOUSLY THEY DO

AND ITS THE SAME FUCKING GUY WHO WAS LIVING THERE ALL FUCKING ALONG

BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER STORY YOU COULD TELL THAT WOULDN'T BE 100% RETARD-GRADE MORON

Marvel can't into mysteries. I'm still astounded at what Fury whispered to Thor, and not in a good way. This will be even more boring and anti climactic.

And you literally have no one to blame but yourselves.

Also weren't the universes like, merged?? The 616 Miles doesn't even exist now.

You still haven't answered my question, sport.

In 616 Miles is an adult film actor who stars in cuckold porn. MJ is currently dating him.

That feels like something Bendis might come up with, a good way to educate us on our white privilege and all that.

yeah this doesn't make sense

...

Are they seriously implying he never googled this shit before

I'm sure it'll be just as amazing as the reveal for pic. Based Marvel.

after the spider that bit Peter, it bit Silk, it also bit a young Miles, before dying and getting eaten by Ezekiel

Fucking took 5 years to get this revealed and knowing Bendis it's gonna be more disappointing than the Thor reveal.

What was the Thor reveal, it was so boring I actually forgot.

No, he DID google it years ago, which is what they are showing.

They just never told us what he saw. Kinda pointless since the universes merged now

A comic from five fucking years ago

What the fuck are you even doing here

I think he said that the godkiller was right

ay yo ay ay ay

ay yo whitebread

ay yo cracka

we spidaman now

Mostly reading DC.

Does it matter? Even if it was fucking Dr. Doom what would it matter? They share no special connection just because they share the same name.

Marvel's story group and group of editors is truly the best the comics world has ever known.

I wish I could cyber-bully Thor into unworthiness.

Holy fuck.

This mystery doesn't even make any sense anymore. 1610 and 616 merged. If this took place before Hickman's Secret Wars then maybe it would've been intriguing, but now it's just 616 Miles is 1610 Miles.

SCREENCAP THIS
616 Miles Morales was a teenager who got shot one night while walking home in the gated community where he was living. His killer thought he was a criminal, and he was later acquitted.
The senseless tragedy is what shocked Peter so much.

This... sounds eerily plausible.

Give me a quick rundown on the beyonders. I know who THE beyonder is, basically just a cosmic cube who is autistic. like all of them

With current marvel, it's more than just plausible. I'm sure he'd be drawn with a hoodie and holding red candy and can of iced tea too to further bring it home.

Bonus point for somebody exclaiming that he did not do nothing.

jesus and its old enough to be dated this whats going to happen isn't

What did Fury whisper to Thor? I missed the big reveal.

Mocule man merged him with other miles

He said "Gorr was right"
Basically means "All gods are dicks, and you are a god, therefore you are unworthy cuz you're a dick"

Jesus.

Drones SEETHING

Doesn't Sana also have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood?

... what?

Post the pic of her and Obama.

O think they are family ties. Saw on her personal Facebook.

Can't really blame her for her relatives being fucktards, desu.

To be fair it was a comic from five fucking years ago. A mediocre comic. And Bendis probably didn't think of a Stinger until he started writing the second one.

True, just blame her for all that fucktardery in that screencap.

10/10

And all that fucktardery at Marvel in the last few years.

Did they finally reveal what Nick said to Thor? What -did- he say?

Read the thread, dumbshit.

Can you make one that doesnt jave more arrows than a john madden recap

these people create a good chunk of popculture

n-nice I suppose

WHOOOAAAAAoooooooaaaaOOOOOOHHHHH

WONDER WHAT COULD POOOOOOSSIBLY HAPPEN

NO DOUBT IT WILL *SATISFY* EVERYONE AND NOOOOOT BE A WASTE OF EEEEEEVERYONE'S FUUUUUUUCKING TIIIIIIIIIME

OOOOOOooooooAAAAAAAaaaaaAAHHHH

No that's to stupid I don't believe you!

Not lapping up D*sney's raw sewage?

Yeah, what a shame.

It's Marvel
What the fuck were you expecting?

House of Ideas, bro

unworthysayswhat

What if he got shot trying to stop a robber?

The robber would be drawn as white with blond hair, wearing a red cap. Miles would be wearing a hoodie.

Isn't Miles integrated into 616 now? How would they do this if that's the case?

Bendis.

Clones.

What?

The gif showed NYC with a web over it, and a "II"

Spider-Men II

What if it's Spider-Island 2?

So this is why Bendis didn't want to talk about Miles adapting to 616.

He had a much less interesting idea to throw at us

Does it take place before Secret Wars?

Did anyone else think this was wikihow from the quality of art in the thumbnail?

It's time for everyone's favorite game show!

HOUSE!

OF!

IDEAAAAAAAS!

>What if it's Spider-Island 2?

Wouldn't surprise me at this point.

We know we're getting an arc based on Spider-Island for the new Spider-Man show and we know how much Marvel loves synergy.

Futa is gay, dude

...

Not exactly an original idea, but can we make the original 616 Miles a villain? I'd be pissed if a doppelgänger stole my life because some asshole was given a burger

Doesn't this make Jane unworthy too?

She is a God now.

I don't think it's so bad. A literal god having a crisis of faith? Could be neat if executed well.

He'll be the victim of a hate crime while wearing a hoodie and buying Skittles.

I just think it's stupid Thor believes Fury of all fucking people regarding who is moral or not.

>if executed well.
Problem is that it wasn't.

But this reveal was actually good. It shouldn't work, but it was a nice tie-in to get Gorr back.

>Gorr the god butcher?
>Gorr the god butcher was right?
>Right about what?

Thats some bendis speak right there

What cares a God for slave morality?

Wouldn't you expect them to operate on noble morality?

What is this because I want to be mad about it.

Yeah this time leading up to the reveal has been a series of ball bustings, but I'm gonna try to keep an open mind because I loved the God Butcher and God Bomb arcs.

it's true.

and one of the many reasons I've saying "Screw marvel" and going either dc or indie for my comics

Goddammit.

yeah, but she's a woman who suffers from cancer, you abilist, misogynizectizaec peacze of sheiiiittt. That makes her worthy.

Honestly, I can't wait for the coming comic book crash that drives all these fucking normies out so we can get back to what made comics cool...

They've already had Miles in a hoodie a number of times to let you know he's "Down with the Struggle."

Eh, I guess that's not awful in context. It's a shame it became a thing that people created expectations for, tho. Cause that is certainly underwhelming.

Is Trayvon still a thing people talk about, though? It'd be a few years to late.

Which is perfect for a publishing giant trying to be hip and with the times without having liability.

That's exactly why it seems plausible that marvel would do it.

>Doesn't this make Jane unworthy too?
Fury didn't whisper to her

The scary thing is this dumb bitch will probably be the next Editor-in-Chief.

Pop culture is decentralized and spontaneous, they try to shape it but fall short despite massive amounts of money poured into it but even thier ham handed attempts to break into the internet age can't compete with someone with a wacom and a go daddy account.

Brevoort will finally commit sudoku.

Jane's worthy because she meets the hammer's requirement for someone who will wield it as Odin intended for Thor to wield it - the same as Beta Ray Bill is worthy.

Thor's currently not worthy because Gorr, the God Butcher, went to incredible lengths to wipe out all the gods in the universe, and Thor went to incredible lengths to stop him, and then - having succeeded - Thor was told by someone supposedly omniscient in a way that even Odin with the Odinforce struggled to be that Gorr had been in the right.

Because Thor respects the word of Nick Fury and/or the Watchers, he feels unworthy. Therefore, by the standards of the hammer, he's unworthy.

I admit it's a little simplistic and magic-ring-like, but it at least gives Thor a reason to bum around in rags for a little bit. Having crazy adventures Thor has always been better than totally dependable hanging around the mansion Thor.

Wtf
So they NEVER followed up on the SpiderMen ending????

Miles actually came to 616 and they NEVER brought up that loose end????

How did they explain Miles in 616 then? I figured they did something like 616 Miles was at the right place at the right time and was switched out for Ultimate Miles in some villain dimension pick a plot I don't know and he's stuck in 616 now

FUUUUUUCK MARVELLLLL

>Miles actually came to 616 and they NEVER brought up that loose end????
>How did they explain Miles in 616 then?

Molecule Man did magic because Miles gave him a hamburger
