A comic book artist who is in jail for killing a man who fucked his wife is visited in his dreams by a mysterious beautiful woman from a bizarre hellish world of hedonist pleasures and pains were getting shot makes your face recoil into your head and bounce back, roads bend in 3-dimensional zig-zags, and death can be recovered from just by shaking it off. He crosses over to this land, believing that he made it, but instead was simply a plot to invade Earth and live as humans. This puts him at odds with another human who fled to this realm long before as atonement, but eventually they team up to stop this cartoon succubus.

Nigga if all you are going to do is talk about the plot to Cool World at least do the scrapped version to make it less obvious.

Yeah, but the movie itself was so poorly executed salvaging that seems attractive.

After being accidentally killed by one of his students, an Elementary Teacher must find his way out of Hell before he is cremated and doomed to spend eternity in the eternal fire.

With the help of a Demon with her own endgame, he finds himself allied and up against twisted versions of his former students from over the years, as he searches for a Portal that will take him back home.

Can't shake off this feeling that someone over in Nippon has probably done something similar to this at one point, it just seems like something that would come outta there.

The four horseman of apocalypse must save the world from an evil cult that's older than 4000 years. Of course they are taking mortal bodies and whenever one of them die, he will reborn in another dead fetus, something similar to Buddhism ideology. They live as mortals but have special powers which hides their true identity and they are cursed to walk on this earth until that cult, something like Judaism, is destroyed.

Let's make the leader of the group Death because obvious reason and make a flashback during WWII period how this four people helped Hitler to get to power until the downfall of the Nazi Germany and Death got killed by the member of the cult. Fast forward 70 years later, Death, now 27 y/o reunites with his old mates but now the cult controls everything, I wonder where I've heard that before.

time traveler bad guy is fucking up with time. Heroes from different time eras are recruitted because the other are unavailable, beccause of time getting fucked by bad guy. Shenanigans trough time, solving problems and repairing the timeline.

i got the idea from power rangers time force

You are a time traveling bounty hunter that has a list of the most dispicable human beings that have ever lived since the very beginning of time. Your job is to kill them, however, you can only kill them using ways and methods from that specific time period. If you fail, then you go back to your time only one thing is slightly messed up. You have unlimited times to try it, however, with each failed attempt; you're intelligence (From 999, starts decreasing. you must be smart about it. If you are to be killed in the method that your target was killed in history; you'll die forever. If you fail too many times; then you have a your intellence regress. It's a battle of intelligence. Only by reading books will you keep your intellegence up.

The book "darklord of derkholm

A boy falls in love with a girl.
Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl’s phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day’s confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn’t exist in this universe at all. She is the girl’s alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC’s own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.
Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

>every musical genre has a function and pretty much work like magic

Some slice of life show where the main character has like a bionic arm or some superpower shit and is part of some secret agency dedicated to stopping another secret agency, except none of the battles are shown happening. Instead, every show is just the character and the crew going on light wacky adventures like trying to make 300 pancakes for the general's birthday. Sometimes the enemy agents come by and hang out with the main characters. Without fail, every episode ends with an alarm going off and the crew heading off to battle. Every subsequent episode features one or two less members of the crew because of casualties from the previous mission, because war is hell.

Action/Comedy cartoon based around the Titanomachy from Greek mythology featuring toned down"younger" versions of the six original Olympians(Zeus.Poseidon,Hades, Hestia,Demeter and Hera) fighting against the Titans. Lots of mythology/culture references.

What is getting at. Every genre has its own strengths, weaknesses, utilities, etc. Throughout the lands a war is building and two factions are trying to build armies out of these genres for a final battle. Each land has its own styles, interactions, general opinions on what makes for a good song (IE how fast it can kill an enemy, how much damage can be done with each blow, hit and run tactics or just tank fucking everything). Every battle is portrayed with an accompanying music piece that plays out like a guitar duel with different instruments, Dueling Banjos sort of shit with each group representing their land. These battles are enormous, not like a Peter Pan fucking swordfight but I'm talking Superman vs Doomsday type balls to the wall then slamming through that brick wall with the force of a semi. Keep in mind this is still in the development stages, I'm not sure which genres should have the main focus but I'm thinking Rap vs Rock.
The lands are built based on the music played, a techno dominated landscape would revolve around technology and neon lights, a disco land would be extravagant and exaggerated skyscrapers, rap would be grungy, urban landscapes, country would be rough and tumble shacks and fences, etc. This will prevent the whole "Man of Steel" issue, although it may also undercut the whole "All out War" aspect.

The episodes will revolve around a group from the two factions, starting out with one each but slowly growing into a powerful crew with a final battle being a barren landscape to demonstrate the abilities of creation and destruction music has.

>I'm not sure which genres should have the main focus but I'm thinking Rap vs Rock.
aaaaaaaaaand into the trash it goes

I was also thinking of Classical vs Modern which would allow to expand through genres across the world.

So Metal would be like Mad Max vs the forces of the Underworld?

Exactly, worlds and characters would be based on theming, the tones given by the music and genres.

>25/26th century
>multiple interstellar nations of humans, existing in states on constant, but not all-out war
>shadowy research agency conducts ambiguous, but clearly cruel psychological experiments on groups of children
>said agency gets found out, frantically attempts to kill all the test subjects
>survivors are few and are severely wounded, unable to survive without constant life-support
>exist in constant, coma-like state
>through brain-computer interface, they are made able to communicate again
>severely damaged memory, have little memory of past lives
>is discovered that these children have massively enhanced mental capacities, able to simultaneously hold thousands of pieces of pieces of information in their minds at once
>government finds out
>takes custody
>program is created to turn them into weapons
>placed inside massive, specially-designed, single-crew command vessels in stasis and trained to become fleet commanders
>able to outperform even the most skilled and experienced admirals in simulations
>take control of fleets consisting of hundreds of drone warships, every ship acting as an extension of the controller's consciousness
>basically become one giant hive-mind for an entire fleet of badass space warships
>hijinks ensue as group of 4-5 main characters take on new enemies, attempt to find out the truth about the agency that experimented on them, and awkwardly re-learn how to be human beings again.

tl;dr: sorta like Ender's Game but without the ayys

>Eleven year old is made into a non-copyright infringing Power Ranger ripoff.
>Five years later after beating his own major villain he goes around the world fighting other villains.
>Mixture of adventure of the week, long story lines and occasional sneaky bits of depressing introspection.

Why would you be killing people in the past? They're already dead.

A character is stuck in a "void", and has to find a way out.

I have an idea where a group of people, all varying in age, get superpowers after getting selected by a species of sentient energy beings. Now, they must deal with having to protect their town from an alien race dedicated to killing all humans and finding other people with powers to help out. They also need to find out how to juggle school life, work life, and their superhero life.
I call it "Struggles of a Part-Time Superhero"

Sup Forums The Animation Studio

A Animation Studio made of more than a thousand people follows a Storyboard Artist, Sound Editor, Intern, and The Night Guy as they follow their day to day lives working at Sup Forums The Animation Studio

Its a episode of the week, type of show with a different overarching plot for each season, like "You guys have to finish animating this season" or "The Interns are Trying to form a Union"

Sometimes episodes can take place outside the office building

A "Boys Club" adaption where Pepe struggles to live a normal life while dealing with his newfound infamy.

In one episode, his big date is ruined because a bunch of SJWs harass him at the restaurant. In another, he gets an invitation to come to a party celebrating his accomplishments, but it turns out it's a neo-nazi organization.

A man is blessed by the gods with the Punch Power. He can now solve any problem by punching it. He has a bunch of adventures and eventually settles down and starts a family. When he wants to teach his kids manners, he suddenly finds that the power is gone. He must bust out of jail and regain his power to save the world from the Anti-Something.

A story set in a feudal era society with magic and monsters that's almost constantly at war. It follows the youngest of 4 brothers as he attends a school for learning magic and combat. He attends the school just like all other children in his country who are above a certain magical aptitude do so that they can serve in the nation's army once they graduate. The students who are just mediocre or average are sent into combat almost as soon as they are 'ready' but the ones who have more too offer are kept in the school longer leading to a situation where students are desperately trying to prove their worth by any means possible. Students are sent with senior students and teachers on combat and peacekeeping missions within the countries borders, doing things like removing monsters, violent demi-humans, or just plain bandits.

The younger brother is struggling to prove himself while his other brother's are doing their own thing, one is a senior student at the academy having proving himself as an outstanding researcher and battlemage, one was snatched up by the crown princess to serve as a bodyguard, and the other has disappeared, presumed for dead, and is not talked about. I'm still mulling over how I would want such a story to end.

so it's The Witchers: A tale of 4 brothers: the show: the cartoon.

Throw in a touch of Naruto when it was still decent and yeah, sounds about right.

Isn't that the plot of Animorphs

I wish we had gotten a cartoon version of Animorphs instead of that live action trash.

In a fantasy world a united league of republican states go to war against an a large empire on the same continent.

Western Front is focused on the league of republican states military PoV and a very slow campaign to make grounds and details the life a of a Regiment commander being the director of occupied empire land.

Eastern Front is focused on fast, bloody battles and defeat of the league of republican states army (East) by the hands of the Empire and the rise of a brilliant Battalion commander in the Mages Corps during the course of the war.

Just a simple war cartoon showing the comfy and political side of war and the horrors of it.

>humans manage to unlock their psychic abilities through science
>the psychic powers draw giant interdimensional bugs into our world so they can feed off us
>the world gets fucked and humans can only live in heavily armored and walled cities
>the only people who ever get to see the outside world are the military police who escort caravans from city to city
>because of how dangerous the job is only the most powerful psychics can become MPs
>MC is a poor kid living in the slums who gets into the most prestigious school on recommendation from a teacher based on how powerful he is
>episodes follow his daily life in the psychic training classes as he tries to impress his crush and prove himself to be an equal to his classmates
until he fails the psychic course's final then sneaks off into a convoy that gets rekt by a bug when he is rescued by an (almost) immortal human who wanders the wastelands who also makes him immortal to save him and so he can help him search for the fragments of the spear that made him immortal

A bipolar wizard who extends his life by "capturing unicorns and bringing them inside a dark room for a couple of hours and then set them free" builds an army of steam punk robots to take over the human world, then finds out one of the unicorns actually yielded an offspring who looks completely human and now works for a cult that worships what ends up being the wizard himself but they got his message all wrong.

A comedy series following the unhinged and borderline insane members of a fighting gym. Main character is the youngest of the lot a fifteen year old whack job who works a variety of bizarre side jobs ranging from cook in a restaurant at war with a corporate giant to a bartender in a thinly veiled criminal den.

The idea is in all likelihood unsellable but I like it for the comedy potential.

>Not liking rap

Unless you're talking about shit they air on Nickelodeon

I like

My cartoon kinda has to do with the "breakaway civilization" conspiracy theory. but basically, it would follow to agents who go around a cyberpunkish stopping potential leaks from revealing this secret, highly advanced group of people. they also hinder other potential groups from getting to their tech level. They wear black suits that have special properties when they need to go into action, kinda like Rich Rider's nova helmet that can go from cloth to a solid suit when needed. mostly sci fi action (though not too far into the future) with a bit of comedy. kinda like men in black but with no aliens.

>an interdimensional phone
>elaborating on love
>pretty girl

its your name scum

That sounds really nice. I'd watch it.

I guess. I never read the nooks or watched the show.

You really should read the books, it's a damn good series.

Early twentieth century (1920s - 1930s) Mafia hijinx. Maybe an existing one or a new one, the gimmick is fighting for power over various cities while controlling the economy. Weapons are also limited to its time (Tommy Guns are probably the latest you can go in terms of heavy weaponry), and gang wars are probably a staple.

I've toyed around with ideas, early 1900s weaponry and gang themes are my favorite things.

A kid runs away from school. He finds someplace to live, in a half-closed shopping plaza. In the space between a party supply store and a closed water store illegally used for grey-market storage, he lives, dream-sequences of the girl he left behind, and fights the evil Oil Change mascot.

So people that "think" they are vampires fight people that "think" they are werewolves. Furrys vs goths. It's like the movie underworld but comedy.

Seems like great drama potential if someone gets killed at the end of the series and they all have to come to terms with reality.
