How mad would you be if the entire season was a build up to kill off Samurai Jack and make Tara Strong the main character?

this sure would be a great loss

The main character of what. There is no more Samurai Jack after this. This is the final season.

Anyway what do you guys want. Jack killing robots for 10 episodes until he kills Aku. He needs some character arc. Ashi is helping him along and will help him recognise the good he has done over the years.

Mad, but the porn.

Those damn kike SJW femnazis shill anti-white male virtue signaling bastsards!

>There is no more Samurai Jack after this.
Exactly. There's no more Samurai JACK after all this plays out. Nobody said anything about Samurai Ashi.

>This is the final season.
For him

>main character of a concluded show that's not getting more seasons
>is the main character for an entire ten seconds of the last episode before the credits roll

i guess i'd be a little upset

OP you've got it completely wrong. SCOTSMAN will rise up to cleanse jack of his demons, interrogate the fuck out of Ashi to make sure she's not a complete bitch and then use Celtic magic to reforge the sword enabling Jack to defeat Aku.

Ashi could've been a boy then and the plot would be the same.

So, you're admitting to the fact that you're just REEEIng because a woman is in the show now?

that wouldn't be making her THE main character, it would be just giving her her own spin-off show

that's like complaining Krunk was made the main character in Emperor's New Groove because the spin-off show revolved around Krunk

>ashi was a boy instead
>all these gay art start popping up
Was this all part of your plan?

Why do fucking poltards have to project their insecurities onto fucking cartoons. Get out.

That's pretty much what's happening already.

>they focused on her in a couple of scenes of one episode
>RRRREEEE she's becoming the protag!!!

Next week's episode is a solo Ashi episode.

Now, this is just me being paranoid, but Genndy did say this season does something he's never seen happen in animation before. The main character of a show basically being replaced and having his destiny fulfilled by someone else would probably fit that description.

...

>Ronin Ashi
Could be kino...

I can't turn my Timmy to a Tara Strong character. What good is she otherwise?

I'd actually be OK with the ending implying that Aku would never truly be defeated, but that the people would learn to withstand his unending evil, with the help and lessons provided by Samurai Jack--then Ashi, and the cycle would continue forever. I mean, humanity can never truly trump evil, but we can learn to deal with it. It'd be a solemn end, seeing Jack no longer be the main hero, but in the end, was it not more about what Jack stood for when he was young and full of heart and kindness? Thus, Ashi takes on his role, somebody takes her role, and so on...

>The main character of a show basically being replaced and having his destiny fulfilled by someone else would probably fit that description.

What is Batman Beyond

Aku doesn't embody all evil he just makes everything worse overall and CAN easily be destroyed, so this would be cheap. I like your idea, but not for this story.

hm... but user, maybe this is what the gods intended by not destroying Aku themselves. Humanity would eventually become stronger as a result of Aku's carnage. He is a piece of a beast that was basically pure evil too, right? Or something like that? Hm?

>Now, this is just me being paranoid, but Genndy did say this season does something he's never seen happen in animation before.
I think he meant "reincarnating a character from your dream show into a show you have actual control of"

...what exactly do you mean, user?

...

This

Isn't this confirmed already IIRC?

>Humanity would eventually become stronger as a result of Aku's carnage.
Aku has 'otherworldly magic' beyond the comprehension of humanity. He's an aberration that shouldn't exist and is far beyond anything humanity could handle on their own. The gods want him dead but he's such a small fry compared to them now it's not really their place to finish the job.

>He is a piece of a beast that was basically pure evil too, right?
A 'source of ultimate evil'.

I figured Ashi would fend off Aku in the final battle as Jack makes for a time portal. He gets through, defeats Aku in the past, erasing the evil future, along with all those Jack saved.

Alternatively, she helps him defeat Aku in the present and becomes his apprentice. Epilogue implies Jack rapidly grows older without the magical connection to Aku from time travel severed by Akus death, but trains Ashi to keep up the fight.

That would be pretty fucking hard considering THIS IS THE LAST SEASON, YOU DUMBASS.

I want Tara Strong to be the main character in my bedroom.

In this era? Not mad because I always expect this kind of things to happen

I feel like any ending where Jack never returns to the past is not going to go over very well with anyone. Learning to accept the past and move forward is great and all but there are so many hints toward Jack managing to return to the past in the first four seasons that anything else would seem like a major cop-out, especially when one of the major cruxes of Jack's instability is the fear that he failed his family and allowed them to die horrible deaths in slavery.
