Well yea he should have jumped out that window and saved that woman.

why would they hide supers in such lives?

why not give them farms or other rural lives. so they can be themselves?

Probably because Bob knew jack shit about farming and had a family to raise.

Bob is a communist but Mr. Incredible is an objectivist

the duality of man

>manlet talks to you like a child
>tells you to not help a person being mugged

Nope.
Would have thrown his ass threw a wall as well.

Bob is basically a roid rage retard who can't control his anger so yeah OP you are right.

Who wants to live on a fucking farm?

>letting a manlet talk down to you
When are you gonna stop being a doormat?

sequel when?

Maybe they did, and he fucked that up to. They said he had been relocated several times by this point.

>physically assaulting a person because they hurt your fee fees

Go back to Tumblr.

Bob's boss is right. Bob's just shitting on his company to help some random fucks he's never met before, he's a traitor

so never, then?

Nope

I love how you're trying to inject some sort of political message to whatever I said just cuz you're too spineless to talk back to anyone.

the real communist is the man who opens up a business selling a product then instructs all his employees to see to it their customers never actually receive that product. its anti-capitalist and anti-american

>loyalty to a company

This is the most staggeringly insane thing they pound into you. The expectation that you pledge your heart and soul to a cubicle is fucking nuts. But so many people buy into it.

In what instance?
Bob was wrong in neither
He was actually doing his job in the first instance but he's working for a crooked ass company who doesn't want him telling the truth and giving people an honest service
The second he wanted to stop a crime in progress, their conversation wasn't important

The only thing Bob did wrong was assault his boss, but that guy was a douche.

What's funny is that it's not even proper Capitalism, which is all about letting what does NOT financially succeed and adapt fail and then move on because you aren't supposed to keep trying shit that doesn't work in that theory.
It's Corporatism, which is all about showing loyalty to a brand even when it's not working and it's policies actually hurt the economy and thus go against the grain of Capitalist thought.

It's something a lot of people get confused I think, and unfortunately it most often seems to afflict people who's companies Capitalism has benefited but then immediately go straight to making policies that squash competition rather then encourage it.

When did it become wrong to help people in need, especially when it is reasonably practical to do so?

We humans like to boast about how altruism is a natural instinct, but then try to shame each other for actually trying to lend a hand.

Disgusting.

Well, opposing the company's shady practices is all fine and good, but not when it writes your checks. Also, Bob's response to the haranguing was disproportionate to say the least

Wrong for the right reasons.

Superman?

But that's standard operating procedure for insurance companies. Are you saying insurance companies are anti-capitalist?

It's the real human nature, we only become altruists if we can get something for it.

This is why communism, and all it's similar systems can't work on real life, it goes against the nature of mankind, capitalism it's about exploiting the weakness of others, take advantage when they are in the ground and only help others of they can bring you a greater help than you provided, it's perfect for the selfish and opportunistic nature of ours.

WEW.

>she prolly isnt wearing anything under the robe

W

the way they are operated is

InsuraCare stockholders. Those greedy bastards...... it was clear in the policy.

Bob's reaction was not proportionate, but I could tell that little shit had it coming and Im glad he got his ass shoved in.

>The old lady Bob denies the claim for is also the lady he saves the cat for in the flashback

maybe they had, but bob fucked up by fucking a cow, Mr. Incredible's one weakness

The natural altruism is called reciprocal altruism, which is indeed very widespread in the animal kingdom, ourselves included. It's the most rational, all around beneficial way of life which also keeps various relationships between the organisms in nice balance. One-sided altruism and selfishness are both fundamentally unstable and lead to conflicts.

bob assaulted a man for remaining chaotic neutral which is the safest legal position

bob's a fucking righteous fag and nearly killed a man because he had a different mindset.

>talk back
>break their neck with words
Bob must be one hell of an orator.

No she's not you idiot.

Manlets are always wrong.

>Replying to a 10 hour old comment because you feel like you need to make a point
user, sometimes walking away is the best solution.

Bob choose to go into insurance because he wanted to be able to help people. He didn't realize what he was, getting into.

>job based around selling stuff people what they don't need and cheating them out of money you said you would give them when they actually do

He chose poorly. He probably tried to be a cop or a fireman before his powers inevitably meant he was found out and his family had to relocate again. He could be a charity worker if he wanted to help people but that wouldn't put food on the table, and he'd only deal with so many abused kids before he started throwing people through walls. Bob literally can't be anything other than a superhero, the best he could hope for in a world without villains would be helping our Rick's government agency with any superhuman wetwork that needed doing, and he still wouldn't be satisfied. If Syndrome hadn't turned up Bob would have basically ended up as Michael Douglas in Falling Down, office worker goes on a murderous rampage with superpowers.

>This is the most staggeringly insane thing they pound into you.

It also hasn't been a real thing for nearly twenty years.

Everyone has a boss, and any manager who advocates amoral or shady practices will be talking to his boss very quickly. Doing something that will yield bad press or government investigation is 100% worse than just giving the old lady a break on her insurance.

>Republicans

>thinks company loyalty and shady practice is exclusive to republicans

Let me introduce you to the world of online journalism.

>it's not even proper Capitalism
yes it is

just because an aspect of the system hurts people doesn't mean it isn't part of the system

Lot's of people. It's good honest work and if you're good at it, it can pay extremely well.

journalism is controlled by republicans
follow the money. even the so called 'liberal' media outlets are told what they can and can't talk about by their republican owners
and let me tell you, republicans fucking love sjw's because the more they parade them about the more is discredits any opposition to gutting the common man and selling america piecemeal to foreign exploitation
