I'm sure they would've gotten around to more, but yes, the backlash against the infamous "EY ROY U WANT SUM FUK" page was so immediate and voluminous they walked that back pretty hard.
It wasn't even the fact she was propositioning him for sex - it was the fact that she was so weirdly joyless about it. Tamaranians have always been characterized as a sexually liberated culture compared to Earth (or at least the USA), but in the sense that they're very passionate, emotional beings.
