I don't get why this movie gets such an unbelievable amount of shit. I think people just kind of recoil when they think of the Bee Gees but they were actually really talented when they weren't fucking around with disco. There isn't a single line of spoken dialogue between Frampton and the Bee Gees in the entire film so it's hard for them to be bad actors. It has a great soundtrack, incredible cameos, and a not-terrible story. Maybe not the best musical but much better than it gets credit for.
