Robot Chicken is hardly impressive, no one likes Robot Chicken here.
Brave and the Bold is more impressive, but you have to remember that a lot of the people who liked Brave and the Bold are the die-hard Teen Titans fans. In anycase the show has a decent amount of backlash on Sup Forums, and KotH/Spongebob/OtGW are all powerhouses in this.

I dunno, The Simpsons has been losing ground to Batman Beyond, meanwhile AtLA has been strengthening it's edge over Ed, Edd, n Eddy, which was one of the biggest bets for winning. Rick and Morty and Futurama both have decent pull too, enough to give The Simpsons a run for their money.
I'd probably put it to AtLA vs Batman TAS.
Samurai Jack is definitely winning it's block, I'm really unsure on top right though. OtGW's been gaining momentum very steadily against KotH, and I think either could potentially take it to spongebob. They don't have nearly as much bad weighing them down.
Still, my predictions are Samurai Jack and AtLA for final two, Jack taking it.

I voted for Boondocks because MLaaTR is honestly a pretty bland cartoon. I get the appeal and love the artstyle but in terms of story it's pretty lackluster.

That's just the nature of this kind of randomized tournament. If Sup Forums was asked to rate these shows on a scale I doubt FOP would compare to most of these cartoons. It was always more 'enjoyable' than out-n-out 'good'.
Megas and Spider-Man are shockers yeah, chock that up to the poll not reach as many people when it first started I guess. The Tick and Freakazoid both went up against two massive powerhouses though in The Simpsons and Batman TAS, it's to be expected, that's just how tournaments work.
There are still some that mystify me though, like Star Wars TCW losing to Harvey Beaks or Tron Uprising losing to Star Vs.
Scooby Doo also had multiple specific shows, whilst Ben 10 got stuck with just "Ben 10".

Transformers generally isn't that popular on Sup Forums, and it's best bet is to be grouped into one show. Dividing it up would only weaken the individual shows. People who like beast wars don't necesarily like say Prime, or TAS, or the original series, and wouldn't vote for them, but under the blanket label of "Transformers" people who like any of those shows might vote for it.
Ben 10 has had some degree of continuity throughout the shows, but even if it was just assumed to be the first show, it would do about as well. Omniverse is the only series that is up there with the original in terms of popularity, and I'd say they're roughly equal.
With Scooby-Doo, there's far more series over a greater span of time like transformers, and dividing it up potentially hurt it. With that being said, What's New is an odd choice, it's one of the less popular series. A Pup Named is more popular on Sup Forums. In either case Mystery Inc was the best bet for a Scooby Doo who getting far, and it was unfortunate enough to be paired with Boondocks in it's first bracket.

Star Vs has grown popular and the mods aren't doing anything about the constant generals it has. Basically, a bunch of outsiders who have probably never heard of Tron uprising voted for Star since that's all they're here for.
Star Vs definitely isn't a bad show, but Uprising should have won that.
I MIGHT be persuaded on the other two, I suppose, but I simply cannot understand how anyone could vote for it over Megas.

FOP is widely considered a bad show though on Sup Forums, and it's widely considered baffling that it's lasted as long as it has, a testament to Nick's obscene lack of quality programming over the past decade and a half.
It's not so much obsetting that it's gotten so far, but mind boggling, Sup Forums's generally been outspoken about FOP having started mediocre and forgettable and only gotten worse, and it's upsetting for the shows that have been magically defeated by FOP via meme magic.
Tron Uprising, Star vs and Birdman are all shit shows that shouldn't have been nominated in the first place.
Steven universe and MLP are infinitely superior.
