Saw these the other day. He does a far more mature take on the prequels than most. Part three is especially good because it covers this and some of the biggest criticisms of the prequels.
They're not good, but they're not as bad as some would like to say, with the same going for Lucas himself.

Pretty much mirrors my thoughts. The pathetic manchildren on this board would have you believe that SW movies are masterpieces and that Disney defiled them. Do not be fooled. Star Wars films have always been mediocre or outright bad. The series's saving grace resides in the memorable score, the very few good characters in OT and the fantastic worldbuilding.
