Not really. The Forgotten One is Thor/Hulk tier. Makkari is basically Marvel's Flash. I mean, Thanos is a high tier Eternal.
They have a baseline which most of them are and a few have extra/additional powers. They're also capable of focusing their biology on specific traits or powers (so Makkari isn't as strong as a regular Eternal, but he can run at FTL speeds).
