Actually, kinda, yeah. They're all meant to have some form of mental disorder. Grizz lacks social awareness, Panda has social anxiety, and Ice Bear has autism. Like, legit, trouble expressing emotions autism.
It's meant to showthat they're outsiders, and some people look down on them, but they still have happy lives and contribute to their community.
