Implying Scaramouch is better than X-49

>implying Scaramouch is better than X-49

Look, you know that this is unfair. Scara has had much more screen time and is in the new season. You underestimate just how many people only watch the new season.

If this poll was held 2 years from now you would see different results.

Scaramouch is more likely to rail you hard, X-49 is too polite for that

On the one hand, X-49 has a cooler design and a tear jerking story

On the other...Scaramouch said "PENIS"

It's an impossible choice

This poll is correct.

I don't remember X-49 making any music, after all.

He played the trumpet

Both designs are great.

But I'd say that Scaramouche is cooler looking.

X-49 had no personality beyond "loves his dog." Scaramouche is at least entertaining to watch.

Scar is funny in a cringy way, he's not a particularly interesting character though

There's more to personality than flamboyance and theatrics, you know that right?

He loves his dog, he's a musician and he recognizes that his actions are wrong, but is still willing to do them for the sake of something he loves.

That tells us a lot about his personality. It's just more subdued than Scaramouch.

(I'm not arguing against the statement that Scaramouch is more entertaining to watch, however.)

Scara's also got lethal levels of arrogance

This.

Scaramouch has a better design, better personality and best abilities

I'm a sucker for music/sound based abilities

This is too one sided. As much as I love X-49, he only appeared in one episode with his fantastic story.
Meanwhile, Scaramouch has been in more than one episode, is amazing every time he is on screen, and is voiced by Tom Kenny.

>he doesn't want to fuck both
Get on my level, OP

I though he was called X-9. Why are we calling him X-49?

x-49 is beloved here but at the end of the day, that whole episode was just genndy´s noir fetish. the whole thing with lulu was silly but it was on purpose to parody how most noirs have a female romantic interest, and on his episode it was a silly dog.
meanwhile, scaramouche is an actual character who will have a much bigger role in the story than X-49,had 2 amazing powers, has an actual personality and isnt just a character made to fill an aesthetic.

Because of the Mandela Effect.

If I recall the DVD featurette correctly, this episode was Bryan Andrews's baby.

Either way, Scaramouche will always have more porn.

I need more indecent images of the best bots together There's only two of it so far to my knowledge

The snakes and diseases summoned by drawing porn of X-49 are too powerful

Why was the episode called "Tale of X9" when the robot is named X-49 again?

No clue. On the board of Aku's top assassins Scaramouch's name is spelled as "Scaramouche", but in the credits it's just "Scaramouch".

*X9

It's not.

Literally a single typo from ToonZone in 2004 has been repeated all across the internet.

It would have helped if the episodes had official titles somewhere, either burned into the video like most cartoons, or at least on the fucking DVDs. Nah, let's just use cool Roman numerals, amirite?

So Scaramouche versus X9, who wins?

X9 easily.

Scaramouche is really good but X9 emotion chip is specifically stated to given him a huge edge over other robots without such a chip.

I thought they were the same robot.

Considering with how animated Scaramouche is, do you think he has one as well? Or comes from a line of robots built around said emotion chip?

Isn't X-9 just a furry robot?

I think Scaramouch has an emotional chip, though how he processes "emotion" seems to be different than X-49. Probably a difference in how their personal experiences shaped their developing personalities, etc.

he slaughtered an entire city of people

no he has no emotions

>fleshies
>mattering
You pulling my leg here, babe?

>X-48 gets shanked in the torso
>dies
>Scaramouche loses his entire body from the neck down
>lives

Well, of course. Plus, Scara was legitimately one of Aku's top assassins while X-49 was just an above-average enforcer that Aku coerced into fighting Jack just because.

X-49 didn't start caring until he grasped the concept of right and wrong. He also felt upset when his fellow robotic kin were slain like worthless tools. Not saying a child-murdering robot like Scaramouch is beyond reproach, but X-49 was also a murderer. Emotional development takes time and, in most causes, trauma.

true. if only he had 5 minutes worth of character development.

amazing how they made such a short episode seem like it lasted forever

I don't think a bot as old as X9 could handle any hard railing in the first place

Just have him stare at a ladybug and call it a day, user

Or give him a dog, sweet thing

Scaramouch has multiple episodes
