Literally who is the other guy
When it comes to directing alone the best is probably Cameron. But he's the worst writer
Well they're all overrated, so let's just agree on that first of all.
Cameron > Snyder > Tarantula > Bay > Jackson > Abraams > Lucas > Nolan > Scott > Emmerich
who's the guy with the mic?

I don't know which is worse, thinking Roland Emmerich is relevant enough to be rated or recognizing a picture of Roland Emmerich.
>But he's the worst writer
You do realize that Lucas is on the list right? Plus what about Cameron's writing is supposed to be so bad? His movies are always engaging and make sense. His characters' motivations are understandable. Sometimes the dialoguie is a bit cheesy but not in a way that ruins a movie. Overall his stuff is always very engaging which is why his movies are so beloved. Don't crucify him just because you didn't like Avatar.
what's wrong with george's writing?
it always amazes me of how big of a guy snyder is
Denis not in the list.
I hate Cameron and Snyder
Mainly he doesn't understand humans or reality or events involving humans or reality.

>power gap
everyone else
I think he just puts a higher priority on having the dialogue complement the visuals, as opposed to being realistic.
But when has his dialogue ever worked?
